As this is my first sugaring experience, I honestly didn't know what to expect walking in, but it ended up being a great experience. The place was very clean, professional, and welcoming. As a guy, I wasn't sure if it would feel awkward, but it really wasn't at all. Jennifer was amazing and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to explain how sugaring works and what to expect before we started, which I really appreciated since it was my first time. She was very professional, detail-oriented, and made the whole process feel relaxed and normal. The sugaring itself was much better than I expected. It felt more natural than waxing and wasn't nearly as painful as I had imagined. Jennifer checked in throughout the appointment and paid a lot of attention to detail. The results were great! Super smooth and with way less irritation than shaving. You can tell she really knows what she's doing and takes pride in her work. If you're a guy thinking about trying sugaring but feel hesitant, I'd definitely recommend coming here and seeing Jennifer. She made the whole experience professional, comfortable, and definitely worth it. I'll be coming back!

I booked a maintenance wax here as a new customer to the area, and unfortunately my experience was…read morevery disappointing. As someone who always keeps up with regular waxing, I barely had any hair -- yet this studio refused to honor the maintenance rate and instead charged me the full "first-time" price. In all my years, I've never been to a studio that penalizes new customers with an arbitrary fee for a maintenance wax. It seems like a poor way to encourage repeat business. To make matters worse, this wasn't communicated until right before my appointment began. The owner did not reach out ahead of time to clarify the policy (which I clearly misunderstood from the website), but instead waited until I was about to get on the table. At that point I had no real choice but to proceed and pay more than expected. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. For anyone in Seattle who is already on a maintenance schedule and looking for a new waxing studio, be aware: you'll be charged extra here just for being a new customer. There are plenty of other studios that will respect your maintenance routine without tacking on unnecessary costs.

I love how she only uses a line that is 100% organic with no harsh ingredients. This was especially important to me because I am pregnant and navigating skincare has been tough. Holly gave me so much helpful information and gave me some new skincare suggestions which I am definitely going to try! First off, they numb you up if you need (just be sure to request when scheduling so they book adequate time)... this alone made my experience so much better than anything I've had in the past... but the smaller details really left me smiling too - they've got a pot of tea in they're back waiting room... they offer an ice pack at the end... they gave me a receipt customized to include the language my insurance requires. WORTH EVERY PENNY!…read more I've had terrible skin since college; tons of breakouts and enlarged pores. Bella Fiore was recommended to me from my naturopathic doc. My first appointment was a 15 minute consultation with Jen. She looked at my skin and gave me her recommendations including a new moisturizer, facials, and three series of the dermapen treatment. I was always terrified of putting moisturizer on my skin because I thought it would make my skin breakout but the products that Jen recommended (Osmosis line) did not make my skin breakout and she was right, my skin was way too dry before! I joined the monthly facial club and have been switching between the custom naturopathic facial and the facial infusion. Every time I go, I see huge improvements in my skin. The biggest transformation came after the set of three dermapen treatments. You go in an hour early to put the numbing cream on your skin and then Jen takes the dermapen over the skin on your face. It does not hurt but it does leave your skin red for a day or two afterwards. I also peeled really bad after my first treatment. The dermapen treatments shrunk the size of my pores, especially near my nose and on my cheeks, and helped heal my acne scars. I can't recommend Jen and Bella Fiore enough; I wish I would have gone sooner. It's miserable suffering with terrible skin. Go see Jen at Bella Fiore, she'll take great care of you! :)
