In the Sleepy West suburbs of Minneapolis you will find the Ridgedale Mall which is a quiet and peaceful mall that is quite well put together and sometimes you will feel like you have the whole Mall to yourself which will never happen at the Mall of America or the Roseville Mall for example. So here is a teeny bopper clothing store which doesn't get too much business so always has a good selection of things. And while it's a little on the pricey side it definitely has a lot of cool stuff for kids and teens and twenty-somethings even so I recommend checking it out when you're in this mall. We didn't buy anything here but we like the store and we like the service as well and it's way quieter and more friendly than the one at Roseville which is like a zoo. Like a zoo-miez, that is.

I get lackluster instructions to check out their sales and when I peruse the racks after the return - just because I happen to be in the store - someone tails behind me, fussing over each garment I touched. I walked in and started looking at a box of sales items. What I wasn't expecting was seeing Pusheen items. A pair of Pusheen slipper socks were staring at me. They were cute. Too bad I couldn't see myself wearing them. I did like a Pusheen hat. At this rate, I may need to visit Hot Topic more often for my love for this cat. There were nail polish bottles that were on sale. They were in skull bottles, which matched the goth vibe that this store exudes. I liked the Harry Potter owl purse at the back of the store. Somehow, I can't see myself bring it into work, but I love quirky novelty item. The item that interested me the most were Pusheen cherry air fresheners. Weird, huh? It was cute. Nice thing about this store is you can buy stuff online and then pick it up here. I came here today to catch one of their sale. The sales people are polite and nice. They will not go the extra mile or come and tell you about the fabric or anything special about their items. They extremely confident on the brand and hope it sells on its own. I wish they are little more available. But it's a very clean store and because of the little higher price , less traffic (woo hoo).

Pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service here. The sales associates seemed nice and…read morehelpful, but had no knowledge about the Groupon deal and told me to call and talk to the manager who is only in "tomorrow from 10-2." I purchased a Groupon thinking I could get some new running shoes. The Groupon said that it was not valid on "sale items" - little did I know that all shoes that aren't this year's model are considered "sale items." Therefore the only way to use the Groupon was to purchase 2015 model shoes. When I asked the sales manager if I was going to eat my $32 that I spent on the Groupon that was supposed to get me $60 worth of footwear if I didn't want to purchase a $130 pair of shoes, he responded with, "Yep." I even emailed the owner of the company explaining my situation, wondering if there was any way to not waste my $32 and I haven't received a response. This was a missed opportunity for them to make a customer for life. Instead, I'm steering clear of this place for any of my running or apparel needs.
