This was probably my third or fourth purchase but this time, my refund took me horribly longer. The person I spoke with informed me that there was no indication that my refund was to be credited to my credit card. However, I placed my order, I specifically stated to credit my trade-in funds to my purchase. Buyers/fellow golfers beware! Their processes and communication became horrible and sub par through the years. They do not respond to emails so attempt to even reach them electronically Now, since my funds would be converted to check, it will take another two to three WEEKS to receive my check. They stated that USPS is slow in sending checks. TERRIBLE! Lessons learned: NOT to purchase with 2nd Swing Golf once again.

I ordered the clubs on a Sunday and on Monday called Don with some of my concerns. After speaking with him he made some changes to my clubs and I have to say they are the best set I have played and I have owned Taylormade, Ping, Callaway, Cobra, and Titleist. It is not what you play it is what is made for you. On top of it all Don made the clubs in one day and shipped them the next. I opted to wait in the car, ran in once for change after the meter parking technician gave me a look because we were expired, then ran in again to see how much longer it was going to be and walked back impatiently to the car. They have been around since 1988. Although it wasn't his cup of tea for a skate board shop,they had what he needed. J said that the guys were really nice and they probably were had I not been so impatient that night, I probably would have talked them up too. They asked J if I was mad because it was taking so long and I looked huffy, but I'm sure they get a lot of wives in there who get impatient waiting. J's reply, "nah she just looks mean". Giving it a 4 based on the end result of the long board, the guys were really great per J and the fact that they did it so close to closing time. I may have to return to experience more of it through my own eyes. What I did see warrants a 4.
