Repair scheduling works a little different here, they "diagnose" your bike, and then tell you when to bring it in for the actual repair. I am sure this makes it easier to schedule staff, so I didn't really mind though I wish I lived in the neighborhood. The service guys were super clear about what absolutely needed to be done and what could wait. Since I was still waiting for my first pension payments at the time, that was much appreciated. Even so, I knew I needed functioning lights for late fall riding and they had a good selection of those and other bike gear. They helped me choose the best one for my needs. The employee seemed knowledgeable but didn't ask us questions to get to match us with the best bike. We were offered a test drive and we just chose two bikes but it wasn't really a helpful process as there was so much information it was hard to decide what e-bike would best meet our needs. We were both looking to buy but have decided to shop around at another competitor or maybe their other location. Even my spouse wasn't able to understand all the information presented to us. We are new to e-bikes and I was really hoping for someone who would have been able to meet us where we were at and guide us more in the selection process.

I moved to the neighborhood a few months ago, in the middle of a polar vortex. When the snow…read morefinally melted, I was pleased to discover that a bike shop was a few blocks away. I stopped in while on a walk, and met Tommy. We chatted, and I said I would bring my bike in soon for a tune-up. When I returned a few days later, Tommy remembered my name, and told me the bike would be ready within a few days. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call the next day telling me that my bike was ready. I was short a few dollars (there was a flat they repaired, so the cost was a little more that the basic tune-up). Tommy let me take the bike, and said I could stop by whenever it was convenient to settle up. I was very pleased with the tune-up, and the genuine interest that Tommy, and his assistant, showed. They were both very personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Not to mention, trusting. Highly recommend Tommy T's!

They know their stuff and are true OG snowboarders. I find myself wanting to go in there just to talk about snowboarding with these guys and they are more than willing to do it. I was looking to be educated to make a decision on which board fit our needs not just our budget. I spent a little bit more but I have no doubt that making the stop today I have a board that will fit my sons beginner level, size and be a much better quality lasting board than had I just ordered online. I did not trust a residential mover to properly handle carbon bikes. So, I looked up Specialized dealers in MN and found these guys. They were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. They let me know when my bikes arrived, and again when the bikes were ready. They even held on to them for a few weeks until my apartment was ready for me to move in. They did an amazing job re-assembling my bike. Not that is incredibly hard to do, but everything was perfect. They even cleaned my bike and my components. Although I was a new customer, they treated me like a long time client. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Friendly, professional, informative people who have what must be hundreds of years of combined experience and real-life knowledge. I have purchased or had service on at least 7 different bikes of different styles. I would NOT take my bikes anywhere else. I just had my 2005 Surly Steamroller serviced along with my ~2017 Surly Crosscheck, which was my winter commuting bike. They did excellent work, told me about costs, and have reasonable prices. Short answer: Trust One On One with your bikes. They ride, they have a community, they know everything there is to know about your bikes.
