During this visit, I opted for the Lavender Spa pedicure. The massage chairs are comfortable and they gave me a bottle of water while I had my pedicure. My toes DID look nice in the end, but aside from the hot stones, it felt much more like a $25 pedicure. Lotion was slathered on my legs, but then it was covered with a hot towel and wiped off. So not sure what that was about...And the menu says "comes with a massage" on the deluxe pedicure too. If you're not going to offer a service, please take it off the menu. The ladies getting their nails there all seemed really happy with that service, so maybe just stop in for a manicure. Don't waste your time with the pedi.

They asked me if I wanted something different they had, I politely declined. Once I'm sat, Amy my nail tech starts doing my nails and seems very confused by what steps to take next. She asks me if I want something different (I think it's called gel x? I'm not entirely sure.) I let her know I've had it done a few times prior and I'm not a fan and again, I politely declined. To make a long story long, she filed my nails paper thin, shaping wasn't great, dip powder all over my skin and one broke less than 24 hours later. It has been one week and two more of my nails broke yesterday. Safe to say, I'll never go back there again. Also, I still tipped her even being unsatisfied. I know we all have to make a living but be better and don't question your clients so much. They know what they want before they even come in.
