Got The Run Around Run Around, for many hours, over 4 days of phone calls and looking at images…read morewith both Gregory and Roger, (FYI, I'm 250 miles away and need you to be my eyes I said, I can not come up and look at it, this would be the 4th vehicle I have bought this way over the last 15 plus years, sight unseen, NJ, FL, CA, not new at this game, never have I had such a run around.) both at times said several times I'll call you back in 15 minutes, let me get an answer for you, hour or more later, no call, so I call back and have to leave a voice mail and then call back next day for more run around. So many questions I had but they could not answer most of them as the van was not on the property, on the 29th it was at a shop they work with for new shocks, Carfax said it was done on the 13th or it was in another shop to have the upholstery for the seats fixed/re-done or in their shop being washed. Asked about the tire size Roger said they are after market, I said that is not what I asked you, what size are they? 15, 16 or 17" could not answer as the van was not there, Gregory told me 15" spec sheet says 17", at one point in all the questions to Roger about the van seats he asked me if I have ever owned a GMC van, no I said, put what does that have to do with it, he said well then you don't know how vans work, excuse me.! this will be my 6th full size van I have owned, I've had 3 Dodge a Chevy and Chrysler van. The images of the van it looks green/grayish, the specs show it being brown, the green painted floor makes it so it don't show the true color, pictures should be taken outside in the Sun Light most other dealer ships. This is something I want and I have the cash to cash you out, guess you don't want my business cause I called you out on all of this for what you are.! Folks, Proceed with caution.!

However it had no impact on Blue Chip, as I was treated so well you would have thought I was having them do an engine out service on a 7 figure vehicle. I have never felt so welcomed by anyone in the automotive industry as I did at Blue Chip. Truly made me feel like a special customer. I just had my 981 in for a simple steering wheel swap, but safe to say I'll be back for anything and everything. And you would think for a dealership with a service dept on site they would diagnose and correct all of the problems before they sell the vehicles, but they don't. They either patch them up and hope you don't notice for two months or I have the worst luck in the world. The vehicle I bought myself ended up being in the shop for at least a month after I discovered it's issue. Thank God I found it a week before my warranty was up or I would have been on the hook for the $5,000 it cost to fix the problem. But it didn't come without a fight. It took the dealership two attempts to fix the vehicle. The first time they fixed the wrong thing, and when I told them I was still having the same issue they told me they weren't going to fix it. We eventually got on the same page and they took my vehicle for another two weeks and finally repaired it. For that I'm grateful. But now the vehicle I bought my grandmother had the check engine light come on. Mechanic comes out to give it a tune up and finds the spark plugs are covered in oil. Boom! It needs a new valve seals. My mechanic says "it looks like it's been this way for quite some time". I bought the car less than a year ago. Unfortunately the warranty has expired on this vehicle. So I'm on the hook for this one. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. But I am telling you to take your car to a mechanic as soon as you drive it off of the lot to find any issues before your warranty expires. Because from my experience it doesn't seem to me like their service department has their customers best interests at heart.
