No socks Help/Support: Mostly Terrible: The owner is rude, hard to understand, constantly on the phone 24/7 and acts as if you are an inconvenience. I am the wife saying this and didn't even experience the tuxes but came to the fittings and each time it was horrible. At the final fitting my dad said he was much nicer and helpful and allowed him to take the tuxes 2 days early. He overcharged me money and we had proof on a receipt what the price was. After a rude phone call by me and my father, he realized it was HIS mistake and refunded me the money...but of course... Instead of just putting the money back on my card, he said he could only give me a check or cash and I had to go back to the shop to pick it up..... So again.... An inconvenicene I had to go back to the shop and get the money he owed me. I had to wait another 25 min before he even came to the desk to acknowledge me. The hours are limited. I don't know how he can even keep the business running. M-F only open from 12 to 6 or 2-8, sometimes you must call ahead to make sure he will even be there. Both times I went and the time my husband went for his final fitting the owner was late. He was late to opening his own store when we had appointments for 4 people..... and late when they went back with an appointment to pick up the tuxes. Shipping/packing: Poor. The tuxes didn't come in until 4 days before the wedding and no spare time for last minute changes or fixes. When my father and husband went for the final fitting 3 days before the wedding...one of the groomsmens suits was not in..... they said they would expedite ship to the venue.... Which was a destination wedding. So I was wondering if the suits were actually going to arrive on time to the venue and not get damage or have missing parts. my husbands velvet suit was great so thats all that mattered to me, the men looked nice, just very uncomfortable suits Value: IMO The price was ridiculous-about $300 plus tax......compared to Mens Warehouse or other mom and pop shops it was way overpriced. I thought because it was a smaller shop, it would be a cheaper price. Only went with this company because we previously used them for a prom shop over 12 years ago and back then it was decent. You are better off just going to Mens Warehouse or any chain/corporate suit company.

I also ordered my swag bags here for my destination birthday celebration. Again, they turned out exactly like my vision. An idea I got from samples on display in the store, are pillows they make from photos you provide. I bought a pair as a housewarming gift with the drawing of a new home. For a relative's milestone birthday, they made an elegant sash out of a quality satin material with rose gold lettering for the birthday honoree to wear that matched the colors of the party decorations. But don't bag on this one. Enter...Lauren: the blonde, tattooed rocker babe with a heart of gold. She tried valiantly with good humor to find me a Rush tee. She found two: a Permanent Waves one and one for Roll the Bones. Neither of them fit. But she tried. She damn near cleared off the shelves for me all while quoting the film "I Love You Man", which I haven't seen. However, I did not walk out empty-handed. Aside from a movie recommendation, I also got the latest CD's from Bullet For My Valentine and Black Label Society. The ladyfriend, also metal as hell, got a black top, with pink lace trim and a skull on the front. I would have given this place a 3, but the bitchin' customer service and effort put forth by Lauren pushes it to a 4. Easy. And she didn't even freak when the alarm went off because something didn't scan properly. Dontcha hate that? She advised us to "bolt" whenever it happens again. Give Lauren a raise, Hot Topic Inc.
