The Doctors are great but since Optum has taken over its pretty impossible to get a message to your Doctor or hear back from your Doctor. United Healthcare that owns Optum should have stayed out of the Healthcare business and just stuck with health insurance. read more

This office has a few Docs but I have only ever seen Dr. Tangredi or the physician assistant Cynthia. I have been coming here for a few years and am pleased. The office and rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. They are quick to return calls and answer the phone. Fast at processing medical requests too. As for doctor Tangredi she is a pleasure to see. She is thorough and makes you feel welcome. She answers all my questions and makes me feel at ease, which is what they should do!!! The down side is that it is very hard to schedule an appt with her because she is always booked. Thankfully I am pretty healthy and can keep out of the office!! read more

Dr. Tangredi is the best! She is so incredibly kind and helpful! No matter my issue, she approaches it with kindness and understanding. I know that if I need a physical or if I have a health issue as a result of my gym workouts, then I can come to Dr. Tangredi to fix me up! The office staff is very nice and very fast with the checkins and checkouts. I don't feel like I wait forever like some doctors' offices. And they have pretty decent magazines to read while you wait. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. There is ample parking, even if you come on a busy day. read more

I am a first time patient and the physician assistant Cynthia was awesome! She was very patient and had a sweet tone when she spoke with you. Obviously I had a few questions that maybe someone else might have thought "no duh" but she was understanding & patient & sounded very sincere. They were also really quick processing and sending in the medical request to the pharmacy. Even after the visit, I had a question about the prescription and called Cynthia and she called me back the same day. She's awesome! The only thing that knocked off that one star is probably the wait. My appointment was at 4:10pm & I arrived at 3:50pm. I didn't get called in until 5:10pm. Not fun waiting that long. read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years. Dr. Burris and his staff are great! I actually bring both of my grandmothers to him. He gets to the point, a D.O (doesn't like to prescribe medication unless it's necessary and finds one that is more usefull), and he is attentive to the needs of myself, as well as my grandmothers. He's a busy man. I can't deny that. But there must be a reason why he is in such demand...because he is good at what he does. read more

These folks used to be great, but when Optum Care took over, the employee morale took a nose dive, and the doctors are no longer as invested in good care as they used to be. Very disappointing. They all work for Optum Care. It became so bad I finally, after almost 26 years, moved away from there back to a physician owned practice. read more

Don't go there anymore. Waiting time is extremely long and you never can get away from it. The least I've waited was an hour usually extends more. Almost impossible to your doctor immediately, thee always a week to 3 wait. Don't recommend. read more

We no longer go to this medical office. We follow Dr. Tangredi where ever she goes. Although I do miss the facility which was clean and staff was very well trained, we had to follow where Dr. Tangredi relocated :) There is no one else like her!! read more

This office used to be AWESOME until they were bought out by OptumCare. Even though the doctors are wonderful, the office and office staff are horrible. The office manager, Sofia Barron, refused to return my telephone calls (until I threatened to file a complaint with the medical board...then she finally decided to call me back). Juan, the staff member in charge of records, isn't the most honest person. He makes promises and then he doesn't follow through. After trying for two months to get my medical records so that I could transfer to another doctor's office and only after I told them that I would file a complaint with the medical board, did they finally agree to release my records. OptumCare, in my opinion, absolutely ruined this doctor's office. I would shy away from dealing with them. read more

Dr. Burris is the best Dr. I wasn't sure about having a male doctor as my primary care physician but i made the right choice. He spend so much time reviewing all of your health care not just what you are in for on that day. I recommend them to everyone i meet. read more

I have been going to Dr. Lau for a few years and I just can't believe how lucky I was to find her. She is an amazing doctor. I finally found a doctor that listens to me and works to increase my overall health. I am impressed how she always refers to the latest information for my condition and adjusts my treatments for the best possible outcome. I found out about this place through a friend when I was trying to find a new primary physician (my current one at the time had decided to take his practice private). I don't recall experiencing a long wait time on my first visit as the previous reviewer did. In fact, I don't think I have ever felt that I waited a ridiculously long time on anyone of my visits. I have been to other practices and have waited only an hour only to be thrown a prescription to an allergy medication not covered by my insurance and to be told I was allergic to my cat. [Threw away the prescription, bought some Eucerin lotion for EXTREMELY dry skin and the itching/irriation went away]. I see Dr. Tangredi and I really enjoy the fact that she takes the time to sit down and talk to you not throw some pills at you to get you out the door. She answers questions, is easy to talk to and I will always hear back from her whether I try to contact her via e-mail or telephone. When I call to request an auto refill of a prescription it's always at my pharmacy later that day ready for pickup. For first time prescriptions ... they have always been ready within a few hours (they call them in for me). I have never had a bad experience with any of the office staff but I will say that some of them are more friendly than others. That would be the reason of a 4 star rating instead of 5. read more

Doctor JAMES BURRIS is the one of the best doctors I've ever had!!!!!!!! I'm sorry he's been the best one, I haven been seeing different doctors since the age of 13yrs young. And nothing compares how Burris is. I've been to the office several times. I've never been able to meet Dr Burris. He's always been out or too busy. On almost every occasion I've never received a reminder about my appointment. Even though the only available appointment ever for the Dr is at least three months in the future. I've now been trying to go in for a simple physical for over six months, and have been in for severe back pain on multiple occasions. Never diagnosed followed up with or seen again, yet still in chronic pain. The staff here always seems to be having a really bad day. Not sure what is up with this place. I wish it were easier to change my primary with my insurance so I can go somewhere else. If there's one redeeming quality of this place its a relatively short wait time. But that's to be expected since the lack of patient dedication would result in less time spent with each one. If you want to see a doctor for an actual problem you want solved, diagnosed, etc. go somewhere else. It'll save you time, visits, and money. read more
