After knowing I was eligible, I did chicken out. I thought about it for months, I contacted them again and proceeded with the surgery. The entire team made the process so easy from start to finish. The service was great, and the providers and staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I've been wearing contacts and glasses since I was 14 years old. Fast forward 30 years, and I'm now seeing 20/20 and 20/15 without contact lenses! I can't even explain how exciting it is to wake up and not have to reach for glasses or put in contacts. I'm only two weeks post-op, and I'm thrilled with my results so far. I interviewed a lot of Opthamologist's and Dr Johnson was the only Dr who figured everything out, knew what to do and did a fantastic job. Other some of the doctors as well as optometrists didn't bother to do some of the basic tests, ignored serious symptoms and overall had a disinterested attitude. I initially came to this particular branch because my usual LoBue office was not available to see me for an irritation in my left eye. Dr. Miller is currently assisting me with resolving the issue, and I am pleased with the treatment and consultation I am receiving. Solace Optometry was AMAZING! Dr. Saleh is remarkably kind and compassionate. She truly listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve with my contact lenses. She took the time to carefully address my astigmatism and recommended that I try a new brand. I'm currently testing them out, so we'll see how it goes. She sent me home with a four-day trial, and I'm looking forward to giving her feedback on the Precision1 lenses. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy. When I came to him I was 20/400 (legally blind) and he got me into surgery in less than a month. It's been a month now post-operation and I can see 20/15 and only use reading glasses for small text articles on my phone. In addition to the actual results of the exam, the quality of care and customer service is top notch and all of the front and back office staff are very helpful. Once my right eye deteriorates I will come back.

Dr. Parker has been my optometrist for many years. He has taken good care of my eyes. My annual…read morecheck ups include the process of taking images of my eyes and monitoring to make sure there no abnormalities. Recently I went to Dr. Parker because my right eye was having excessive floater activity. He took a look and said it was something that needed to be monitored, that it was age related., nothing serious. Because I have had macular issues with my left eye, I decided as a just in case to get a second opinion from an ophthalmologist and he basically said the same thing as Dr. Parker. Never hurts to get a second opinion. But, good to know Dr. Parker knows his stuff! Overall, office staff is good. There are a couple of faces who I believe have been there for a while. It seems like there is a high turnover of other office staff and some confusion about things. For instance, one time after a couple weeks I called to find out when my contacts would arrive, to find out they were never ordered. No big deal.

He has some up to date technologies to help make it easier to examine your eyes in ways older technology does not. He also wants to make you comfortable both in the experience, and very importantly, comfortable in the prescription glasses he gives. In the past I've had optometrist who do not care about how comfortable you are with the glasses they prescribe to you and just stated their prescription is what makes you see best and does not care of it gives you headaches. Dr Wilson on the other hand will cater to make it comfortable to you. In fact he corrected my last prescription which was stronger than necessary. They are also very punctual with their appointments (no long waits) and offer weekend hours, which is great to accommodate busy schedules. They office is clean and modern. I recommend them highly if you care about your eye sight.
