Clonts Jewelry has been around as long as I can remember. Many jewelry companies have come and gone here in the Gila Valley, however Clonts remains because of it's reputation for quality products and service, at the right price. I joined the club in June 2022 but my account mysteriously stopped working in March 2023. I've talked to six different customer service agents on the phone but to no avail. I don't think the Benson Tractor Supply caused the problem but I've explained the problem to the checkout clerks every time I've visited the store over the past 6 months and I usually just get "Oh, that's not good" but no further assistance. After speaking to four agents on the phone, I thought that the store could help. Unfortunately, a rude and sassy clerk on the next register overheard my conversation and loudly blurted "You have to call customer service!" This was inappropriate and embarrassing since she had customers lined up at her register. On two occasions since March, I left the store without completing my purchase since I was not going to spend money if I could not get my points. On one of those visits, I told the clerk that I would not complete the purchase and he offered to take my cart and return the items to the shelves! I'm not a businessman but I do know that you don't accept losing a sale. This kid wasn't bothered that his store just missed out on a $100 plus sale (Walmart got my money that day). He should have asked for my contact information and informed the manager of the situation. Hey Benson Tractor Supply, you're going to lose a customer if you don't get with it and help me.
