We paid for the flowers and the $50 delivery fee to go to her work for a surprise. I got an email on September 17th 15 minutes after their establishment closed saying they could not deliver her flowers. I got no telephone call just an email in regards of the order. Nothing on if we could change the delivery address or that they could not to the order. I have emailed twice. Called numerous times and no answer it just goes straight to voicemail. No customer service, no wanting to make it right to deliver her flowers. We live out of state so we wanted to send her something special for her day. They ruined it with no communication. Do not shop here. They are unreliable.
