Maybe you're curious what exists adjacent from the nearby Costco? Or maybe you just look for listings for anything local on Yelp like I do. Lots of parking here. Almost too much per each business really. It'll get tough the closer you are to the business depending on popularity but that can be said for anywhere. Lots of people roll quickly through the area so watch your blind spots! I think they'll add more stores in here as business returns and Covid restrictions lessen. Most of the stores here have been around for a good while though so it's already a good location. Something for everyone from shopping to food and hobbies.

During the return of an item purchased online, the cashier was rude, impatient, and visibly irritated. At the time, there were no other customers present. I addressed his behavior by stating that he was being rude; I did not , insult him, or behave disrespectfully. After I thanked the cashier and stepped away to continue shopping, I observed the same cashier start helping another customer, and both of them began laughing and making derogatory comments about me. I returned to the counter to address this behavior, at which point the other customer began yelling at me, telling me to "behave better," completely unaware of the irony of his own actions. The involvement of other customers in a matter between a Nordstrom employee and me was inappropriate, unnecessary, and deeply unsettling. When I stepped outside the store to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, an individual named Justin approached me and introduced himself as the manager on duty. He immediately stated that the cashier who assisted me was the kindest and most polite employee in the store. He also referenced the existence of video footage. I asked whether he had personally reviewed the video, as his comments appeared to reflect a preconceived bias similar to that displayed by others involved. He acknowledged that he had not viewed the footage. I informed him that I intended to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, as this was not the first time I had felt humiliated at this location. I thanked him and left. While in my car, I contacted Customer Service and was treated professionally and respectfully; the representative demonstrated a high level of understanding regarding my experience. I have been a loyal Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer for many years and have shopped at locations across the country. I have never experienced treatment like this elsewhere. Unfortunately, this incident marks the third time I have felt disrespected and humiliated at this specific store. On a prior occasion, I spoke with the store manager, Mr. Matthew, whose response I found to be dismissive and arrogant. I clearly stated at that time that I would no longer shop at this location, but unfortunately, I did not respect my decision and my boundaries. Given the seriousness of this incident, I am escalating this complaint to higher levels. The conduct of both the employee and the customers who felt empowered to intervene without any factual understanding of the situation was inappropriate and raises concerns of a potential hint of discriminatory behavior. I was informed that video footage with audio exists, which I welcome being reviewed. I will not shop at a store where I am made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or singled out. I choose to spend my money where I am treated with the same dignity and respect afforded to everyone else.

It was an incredible time finding all these adorable 4th of July merchandise. I love shopping for deals and Marshalls never fails. The only negative thing I can say about this retailer is that they have a horrible layaway policy, but it could possibly be just those particular stores I've visited with a lack of space so you can barely utilize their layaway option. Some cool facts are: Marshalls has over 1,000 American stores, including larger stores named Marshalls Mega Store, covering 42 states and Puerto Rico, and 61 stores in Canada. Marshalls first expanded into Canada in March 2011.

Setting aside how you may feel about their political behavior, it's just not a good place to shop anymore. Today I was there and they had no lint roller refills. Not out of stock, they just don't carry them anymore. A wall of essentially identical new rollers with wasteful plastic handles. Presumably they make more selling the new sets and plastic waste be damned. An entire aisle of fruit gummies and applesauce squeezy packets, not a single package of raisins. In the entire store, not even the yogurt-covered ones (c'mon, they're basically candy- surely you can squeeze those in w the other sugary garbage?). The carts at this specific store either roll badly or not at all. I could go on and on. They're all tiny little nit-picky things which seem petty to even complain about, but they add up. I guess the people who make these decisions are betting (praying?) that people will keep shopping in spite of it. *They don't care if you complain as long as you keep spending.* The only thing consumers can do is vote w our feet. So that's what I'm doing.

Apparently this Supermax center does things different than any other Walmart and you have to "push a button" to get help, when there's no signs to tell you to push a button. And when you're from out of state where they actually do not treat people like dirt, and the items are not locked away like they were in this store, and where you don't have to push buttons for help, it takes a bit of getting used to. Remember, if you go here...push a button. You may not know what button to push, or what the button looks like, but push it!
