To be fair, it was a pretty bouquet but I felt it was very different from what I asked for, especially for a single bouquet and around $150!!! I got all of the stems for my wedding here, and it was amazing! I had a very specific vision for my bridal bouquet with a specific flower type, and my wedding was very small. My niece was in the hospital 2500 miles away from me. I called a local florist in Raleigh NC as I always try to support local business. I requested an e mail receipt with a photo of the flowers so I could see what my $83 was spent on. I had to call this morning for my receipt which was sent immediately. But, no photo. I called again and was advised a photo was "just sent". I never received any picture of the flowers from this florist. I am very disappointed. I can only give 2 stars since I have no idea what what the finished product looked like. The delivery was made today as promised so that's why 2 stars. Both times I ordered an arrangement from their website and it came out looking anything but the pictures. This time I called before hand to check to make sure they had all the flowers that came in the arrangement i ordered. The woman on the phone informed me they were out of ONE flower but assured me they would substitute it with something similar and that the rest of the arrangement would be the same.....Fast foward, i get there to pick it up and what she brings out looks ABSOLUTELY nothing like what i ordered. She tells me they were actually out of 2 or 3 of the flowers even though i asked her to double check over the phone to make sure bc i would've just ordered something different! BUT besides ALL OF THAT the Bouquet was simply UGLY as hell! Completely dull colors, its looked skimpy like it was only a handful of flowers, like something i would bring to a funeral! MIND YOU THIS ARRANGEMENT WAS $80!! Im willing to bet money my teenage sister could pick better looking flowers out of the grocery store for 10x less the price they're charging. I wouldn't even write this review if like i said this wasn't the 2nd time they tried to give me something that they should be ashamed of. She spent so much time giving me ideas, showing me flowers, giving me examples of various arrangements I could do on my own and also all the price points. I knew my budget was a little small, but she help me find something that was gorgeous and also suited my budget. She also was very accommodating with my pick up time and also if I had a change of heart, or mind she encouraged me to call if I wanted to add anymore or take away any flowers. Okay so the flowers I received weren't anything like the flowers I ordered, unfortunately. Not only did she have a full replacement arrangement prepared, she personally checked it prior to it going out for delivery. The replacement arrangement was delivered on 16Nov18 and the quality of this arrangement far exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was incredibly full, colorful, and just gorgeous. I called mid day to check and they confirmed no later than 4. The order never came and she went home with no flowers. I also left a delivery note to call her phone when they arrived and the call never came... I called about this issue, and was told I could have a 50 percent refund and a redelivery next day. I didn't want to sit around all day waiting and waste her bday weekend- but they assured me they would arrive BY 12. They did not arrive. While I can say their product is great quality and the sales ladies are lovely, the disappointment of not having a birthday gift or special moment arrive day of is extremely disappointing. read more

Mothers day was coming up and my father suggested to just get flowers from the grocery store. But knowing my Mother, she's worth more than $20 flowers at the supermarket and I prefer to shop local. I had a good experience with Fallon's. Placed an online order with ease. Was given a call when the flowers were ready. The store itself is cute; nice little trinkets you can buy besides flowers. Noticed they had "Pinot Nior" and "Chardonnay" candles in pretty little wood votives. They also sell homemade soaps by the slice and unique looking wind chimes. Pricing for flowers seemed comparable to other shops in the area. Customer service was a plus as well. I do feel some of the leaves on the roses should have been picked off for a fresher look if not just replaced all together. read more
