Compared to other gyms, Endeavor provides a fabulous training at a great value. The Endeavor coaches have gone above and beyond in making my child feel supported, loved, and motivated to succeed in not just gymnastics, but life in general. The gym also does a fantastic job making everyone feel like family and fostering strong friendships between the children. This undoubtedly has to do with their uncanny ability to weed out the problematic parents who act like they are on the season finale of "Dance Moms" or "Cheer Perfection" that plague other competitive gyms. Keep it up, Endeavor. You are a breath of fresh air! *chef's kiss*

She has learned and grown so much and we are grateful to her coaching staff who show up tirelessly for these young athletes every day and make it both FUN, memorable, and challenging as they cultivate these young girls into strong young athletes. No matter what age group they have, they are able to provide fun and engaging structured activities. When we went there as a guest to the party, I was impressed with the age-appropriate activities that both the teachers ran. This was a group of 3 to 4-year-olds, and attention spans can be difficult, and behaviors can also be challenging. What I like is that parents are also encouraged to be engaged, so if a child is been warned consistently, the parent or responsible guardian is asked to assist. For the most part, the group had a ton of fun, and I was able to watch from the sitting area in the front. We liked it so much that my son decided to have his sixth birthday there. I was a little hesitant because it was an older group of kids, but nonetheless the teachers did an amazing job offering activities that were challenging to that age group as well as fun! The organizing and structuring of the party itself was seamless, I had a call with Jason about a week prior to go over any concerns that I had. We were able to bring in cake, and the staff was nice enough to portion it out and serve it. Overall, it was a nice experience. No additional planning was needed on my end, and that makes it easier to actually enjoy the party. The staff is so knowledgeable, kind, and fun, and I really want to recognize Jason for providing this environment!

We sent my daughter and her best friend (both age 10) for the first session 2026 and they LOVED IT!! They can't wait to go back and already miss it. My daughter rated it 9/10 - she didn't love the food and the showers weren't the best, but she wore crocs and did just fine showing every day. She rode daily, learned about all kinds of animals, and enjoyed the town-- which was quite impressive. Laser tag, climbing wall, arts & crafts and pony bucks for the store - she was living her best life! Tips: bring a handheld fan - the days are hot! And a cowboy hat (you can buy them there at drop-off). And bring a fitted twin bed sheet! The wagon mattresses were dusty. Plus a blanket or sleeping bag. Jeans and boots for riding . $100-$125 in pony bucks (or less and you can monitor their spending... money goes fast on snacks, drinks, fans, souvenirs, etc.)

My 11-year-old son attended Rawhide Ranch for a one-week summer camp. As part of the camp's policy,…read morechildren do not have access to electronics or direct communication with parents during their stay. Prior to camp, we arranged a simple system where he could signal me through a snack purchase if he needed help. Early on the third day, he used that signal. I called the camp and did not receive a response. After approximately eight hours, I called again and requested to speak with the camp director, I was eventually connected with the camp director, who indicated there had been an issue earlier that day involving my son and wrong medication being given. After insisting, I was allowed to speak with my son. He was clearly distressed and informed me that he had been given the wrong medication that morning. Instead of his usual over-the-counter allergy medication, he was given a high-dose antidepressant not prescribed to him and not intended for a child his age. According to the information provided to me, staff at the health office realized the error and attempted to have him self induce vomiting with a spoon, (he was instructed to stick the spoon down his throat), which was unsuccessful. They then contacted poison control for guidance. At no point during this process was I notified. After speaking with my son, I decided to pick him up immediately. When I arrived, I found communication from staff to be limited, and I was unable to get clear or detailed information about the incident despite asking direct questions. I requested to speak with the camp director, who eventually met with me. During that interaction, I found his demeanor to be notably nonchalant given the circumstances. The situation--a child being given the wrong medication and the parent not being notified--was presented in a way that did not reflect the level of concern I would have expected. When I attempted to ask for clarification and express concern about what had happened, the conversation became extremely tense. There was a clear difference in how seriously the situation was being viewed, and the discussion escalated into a heated verbal exchange. Given the lack of clear communication and the response to what I consider a serious safety issue, I made the decision to withdraw my son from the camp that same night. Following the incident, I contacted the camp multiple times. I was initially told that a refund would not be provided, though I was offered a credit for a future summer. After further communication, I did receive a refund. I also attempted to reach out to members of the organization's leadership to share concerns about the incident. This experience was extremely concerning, particularly given the seriousness of a medication error involving a child and the lack of timely parent notification.

As I approached January this year, I articulated that I was in the process of growing my family. As most women know, when there are challenges here and medical demands, timing is not always on our side- especially for those that like to plan in advance. I told Nicole that I needed to pause for a month due to medical and would love to regroup once that process is complete. This medical journey could be 1 month +. Instead of supporting a long term client, she charged me anyway, offering make up classes in the future. When I asked her for flexibility to hold payment from this contract given my medical situation, she said she doesn't give "handouts" and "it's in the contract", zero empathy, zero situational awareness, zero understanding of women who are exploring Fertility journeys. This would be different if I wasn't a year long client, always showing up excited to be there. As I go to my make up session that (she had to reschedule herself because of her own schedule challenges), she disputes my concerns, says I'm ridiculous & taking advantage of her, that this partnership is clearly not working, and swiftly walks out of the gym before our session even starts. It was almost planned. Her level of professionalism does not hold when she thinks she's right, and you are wrong. This was the worst display of leadership in SMB I've seen in a long time. Instead of working with me to hold payment, and continue when my medical journey is green again, she takes the money for one month and runs, with an opportunity loss of $460 x 8 for the remainder of the annual year (3600+). Having worked with contracts for 20 years myself and being the daughter of an SMB owner, there is always flexibility when the client matters. How quickly she was willing to drop a client, was concerning. To abruptly leave a gym without closing up and locking facility was inappropriate. Everyone has bad days, but you never burn bridges in business. It doesn't matter if you're a trainer or an executive, professional conflict resolution should always be at the top of your list, even if you have a contract. Long term, your brand is always held on how you treat people. *Nicole proceeded to send me canned emails saying she wishes me the best, highlighting the credits, while gaslighting the situation and insinuating it would be comfortable for a client to return in that environment, which it is not.

I'm probably one of the laziest people I know, but when Nicole tells me 3 more or we'll be doing 7 of these or 10 of those, somehow I get it done. Cons: I think the social media content can do better by focusing on other amazing members in the afternoon camps. Social media content seems to focus on a "friend group". I know this high school culture has deterred people from joining Burn. Focusing on a broad range of people in the entire community may help increase the appeal of Burn Bootcamp in Temecula. I know people want to see inspirational real life stories and transformations; not irrelevant posts about the same people making content.
