Absolutely love this place. My kids came here twice for a birthday party (once as a guest and once…read moreas the host). Jason and his team is small but mighty. No matter what age group they have, they are able to provide fun and engaging structured activities. When we went there as a guest to the party, I was impressed with the age-appropriate activities that both the teachers ran. This was a group of 3 to 4-year-olds, and attention spans can be difficult, and behaviors can also be challenging. What I like is that parents are also encouraged to be engaged, so if a child is been warned consistently, the parent or responsible guardian is asked to assist. For the most part, the group had a ton of fun, and I was able to watch from the sitting area in the front. We liked it so much that my son decided to have his sixth birthday there. I was a little hesitant because it was an older group of kids, but nonetheless the teachers did an amazing job offering activities that were challenging to that age group as well as fun! The organizing and structuring of the party itself was seamless, I had a call with Jason about a week prior to go over any concerns that I had. We were able to bring in cake, and the staff was nice enough to portion it out and serve it. Overall, it was a nice experience. No additional planning was needed on my end, and that makes it easier to actually enjoy the party. The staff is so knowledgeable, kind, and fun, and I really want to recognize Jason for providing this environment!

It was beautifully decorated and we felt a tremendous amount of joy and peace just walking around admiring the beautiful wooden buildings and their architecture with carefully placed decorations all over. They had several fires going which just added so much warmth and comfort to the already uplifting scenery. We were fortunate enough to sit down near one of the owners and got the chance to speak with him for a while. He was very welcoming and warm person and we happily thanked him for having us at his beautiful establishment. We also got the chance to visit and pet some of the animals! (with permission) It was a big highlight for us last year during the holiday season and we hope to be able to visit again someday!

My 11-year-old son attended Rawhide Ranch for a one-week summer camp. As part of the camp's policy,…read morechildren do not have access to electronics or direct communication with parents during their stay. Prior to camp, we arranged a simple system where he could signal me through a snack purchase if he needed help. Early on the third day, he used that signal. I called the camp and did not receive a response. After approximately eight hours, I called again and requested to speak with the camp director, I was eventually connected with the camp director, who indicated there had been an issue earlier that day involving my son and wrong medication being given. After insisting, I was allowed to speak with my son. He was clearly distressed and informed me that he had been given the wrong medication that morning. Instead of his usual over-the-counter allergy medication, he was given a high-dose antidepressant not prescribed to him and not intended for a child his age. According to the information provided to me, staff at the health office realized the error and attempted to have him self induce vomiting with a spoon, (he was instructed to stick the spoon down his throat), which was unsuccessful. They then contacted poison control for guidance. At no point during this process was I notified. After speaking with my son, I decided to pick him up immediately. When I arrived, I found communication from staff to be limited, and I was unable to get clear or detailed information about the incident despite asking direct questions. I requested to speak with the camp director, who eventually met with me. During that interaction, I found his demeanor to be notably nonchalant given the circumstances. The situation--a child being given the wrong medication and the parent not being notified--was presented in a way that did not reflect the level of concern I would have expected. When I attempted to ask for clarification and express concern about what had happened, the conversation became extremely tense. There was a clear difference in how seriously the situation was being viewed, and the discussion escalated into a heated verbal exchange. Given the lack of clear communication and the response to what I consider a serious safety issue, I made the decision to withdraw my son from the camp that same night. Following the incident, I contacted the camp multiple times. I was initially told that a refund would not be provided, though I was offered a credit for a future summer. After further communication, I did receive a refund. I also attempted to reach out to members of the organization's leadership to share concerns about the incident. This experience was extremely concerning, particularly given the seriousness of a medication error involving a child and the lack of timely parent notification.

I've been paying $460 a month for 12 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my workouts and believed to have…read morea great relationship with Nicole. As I approached January this year, I articulated that I was in the process of growing my family. As most women know, when there are challenges here and medical demands, timing is not always on our side- especially for those that like to plan in advance. I told Nicole that I needed to pause for a month due to medical and would love to regroup once that process is complete. This medical journey could be 1 month +. Instead of supporting a long term client, she charged me anyway, offering make up classes in the future. When I asked her for flexibility to hold payment from this contract given my medical situation, she said she doesn't give "handouts" and "it's in the contract", zero empathy, zero situational awareness, zero understanding of women who are exploring Fertility journeys. This would be different if I wasn't a year long client, always showing up excited to be there. As I go to my make up session that (she had to reschedule herself because of her own schedule challenges), she disputes my concerns, says I'm ridiculous & taking advantage of her, that this partnership is clearly not working, and swiftly walks out of the gym before our session even starts. It was almost planned. Her level of professionalism does not hold when she thinks she's right, and you are wrong. This was the worst display of leadership in SMB I've seen in a long time. Instead of working with me to hold payment, and continue when my medical journey is green again, she takes the money for one month and runs, with an opportunity loss of $460 x 8 for the remainder of the annual year (3600+). Having worked with contracts for 20 years myself and being the daughter of an SMB owner, there is always flexibility when the client matters. How quickly she was willing to drop a client, was concerning. To abruptly leave a gym without closing up and locking facility was inappropriate. Everyone has bad days, but you never burn bridges in business. It doesn't matter if you're a trainer or an executive, professional conflict resolution should always be at the top of your list, even if you have a contract. Long term, your brand is always held on how you treat people. *Nicole proceeded to send me canned emails saying she wishes me the best, highlighting the credits, while gaslighting the situation and insinuating it would be comfortable for a client to return in that environment, which it is not.

I'm probably one of the laziest people I know, but when Nicole tells me 3 more or we'll be doing 7 of these or 10 of those, somehow I get it done. Without her motivating me and setting the bar where she does, it would simply not happen. You need Nicole as part of your fitness regimen, you just may not know it yet.
