The lobby area has cute outfits and snacks available for sale. There is a playroom so siblings won't be bored waiting for their family members. Gyminny kids is flexible with makeup schedules. You can reschedule for a one time drop in class or they also offer open gym times in case your kids want to just come play or practice on their own. All the staff are friendly and helpful. My daughter loves her Coach. Coach Kimmie not only is a great coach, but she makes her class fun as well. She motivates her kids to try their best all while making them laugh and smile! He and his more outgoing 3 year old sister can't get enough of this class. And make no mistake, this is not playtime at the zoo. This is the real deal. I knew Miss Ashley was serious about teaching gymnastics when the first exercise she started the group on was the rings. That was a jaw dropping moment for me. And the kids actually do it! I totally underestimated my own kids' abilities. Coach Ashley does a great job introducing proper gymnastics and proper form (tucked rolls, spider walks, hand stands, cartwheels) but does it in a way and with kid friendly verbiage that makes it fun for the kids. She has a lot of colorful and playful looking equipment that is appealing to children and the intimate sized group allows her to spend individualized attention on each child. I was told the change had been approved, so we made the drive from quite a distance to attend. When we arrived, instead of acknowledging the confusion, the staff talked over me and argued that the coaches and front desk employees don't have the authority to make those decisions. That may be true internally, but as a customer, I relied on the information your staff provided. A simple apology for the misinformation and for the inconvenience of driving all that way would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction felt defensive rather than customer-focused. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to them is what leaves a lasting impression. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor customer service led us to cancel our membership.

They have a family change room/lactation room, which is appreciated. The pool is no frills, has lanes for workouts, and a shallow area for families. My issue with the pool area is that there is virtually no lounge area; there seems to be adequate area for more chairs. I understand they want people to be in and out, but that is fairly self-regulated despite the amount of seating. For my family, none of the extraneous inconveniences matter. The discount for all of the child experiences (camps, classes, preschool, child watch, etc.) are more than worth it. I couldn't imagine being as personally healthy without this sort of outlet at this price point. Really appreciate their tiny library. Join.

She is attentive to all the kids in the class and makes sure each one is doing the exercises correctly and safely. At other gyms, it was obvious some of their staff just didn't want to be there. The location is great, because it's near stores and restaurants if I'm running errands. My daughter is thriving and always excited for class. I haven't written any negative reviews of other gyms since I figured parents would do their own due diligence. I would highly suggest looking into the gyms yourself, because our experience was much different at the gyms we toured.
