So gross. While I was in I saw multiple instances that made me want to throw my yogurt away. Kids putting their hands in the toppings and using their fingers to try samples of the favors they had. I was appalled by how the cashier was too busy texting on their phone to notice. Like seriously? I will never be back, it made me conscious of how truly gross "self serve" is. This place used to be our go to place for frozen yogurt. Atmosphere was friendly, clean, and inviting. Yesterday I went in with my mother in law and found that owners have changed and so have the business practices. No longer accept coupons or stamp cards. Machines not cleaned. My family and I have been to several places to eat since we recently moved here to Fallbrook. We have also joined Yelp and thought it would be fun as well as informative.... As we were looking back at the places we posted reviews, we couldn't help but notice that the " Yogurt Palace" apparently had to plant bogus reviews about our "favorite" place to have yogurt in Fallbrook. Sham on you Yogurt Palace! It seems that they have had to stoop so low as to pay children to do bad reviews (who can't even spell) ? The so called reviewers are "new" and only have reviewed Fallbrook Froyo and Yogurt Palace. No other restaurants ? How obvious is that. We have been coming here for a while now and things have changed. The new owner is nice but you feel like you are under a microscope. When you have children coming into a self serve yogurt shop things might get messy...clean up the mess after the customers leave....not following them with a towel! There was a small spill and I would have cleaned it up but she was so fast that I couldn't even get to it.......new owners better take heed because this town is too small for owners who just care about money....the girls at yogurt palace are always nice and I mean always....we just liked the ability to get stuff ourselves but the tension is not worth that at all....it seems sterile, not happy now.... read more

We are so happy to see this place succeeding! They have great hours, yummy yogurt flavors and a wide variety of toppings. They are always wiping down the counters, tables and machines when we go in. Very, very clean! The service is wonderful, they're always patient with my kids, who pretty much need to go to the bathroom every time we go there. They treat my kids like any other customer when they ask for things, which I appreciate. They are also generous and charitable, always willing to work with schools and sport teams. Great frozen treats. I like the Italian ices. The yogurt is also delicious and inexpensive as far as froyo goes. Nice selection of toppings and flavors. My family and I love coming to Froyo. However, under new ownership this place is not worth coming to. First, when we ask for sample cups we get one cup, while the owner goes and hides in the back. Second, the frozen yogurt now, comes out melted. Third, the reward program is a joke, I have been there several times and tonight I finally asked how many more visit before I get a free yogurt and the owner said eight. Lastly, I spent over $50 tonight on yogurt for my family and wanted to buy my dog one of their pet yogurt cups and was told I had to make a minimum purchase of $3 on my credit card. Really? Great selection of yogurts and toppings. My family have been to a lot of different yogurt shops and this ranks up with the best of them. The inside of the shop is inviting to sit in and hang out while you eat your yogurt. I like too that they are changing their flavored on a regular basis. Awesome yogurt here, always delicious, and flavors never disappoint. There is also a huge selection and so many toppings you'll wish you could get them all. I especially love the Boba and fresh fruit. It is also spacious, very clean, and cool inside. Overall a pleasant experience. The weigh-ins for me usually come out to almost 7 dollars which is a little more than I am used to (only downside), but they do have punch cards for locals. I don't like confrontation and I only believe 1st hand accounts, so when I heard of a new business, in town, I figured I would see what other thought before I spent my own $. I've been bringing my grand children here sense they opened. They started out with a big 39 cent sign on there wall that didn't last long. They became so popular they decided to raise the price ( total greed) the owners never experienced what it is like to struggle with a small business.
