After I had the chairs wood refinished the owner assured me they would pick it up and complete the job. From then on there was pretty much zero communication with the owner. She wouldn't return my phone call. I made a 2nd request through a male employee and the owner finally did return my call 2 days later. We set up a meeting within a few days to go over the job and so I could pick out material. She was a "no show". The male employee tried to reach her by phone and text to no avail. I left after a half hour of waiting. It's now 2 days later and I still have not gotten a phone call back or apology. I refuse to deal with "wish washy" company like this.
