Pizza was good Bri was nice very good customer service .. Haven't been in awhile but the taste was still good

Mediocre pizza for people with no taste. Mushrooms are not fresh, they're the ones in a glass jar/tin can you can get at the grocery store. Cheese not melted. Price extraordinarily high for lack of quality. Save your calories & go elsewhere. read more

Tasty pie!!! I like the softness of the crust & the weighty toppings. Solid sausage & the treatment of the veggies prior to oven is key to flavor & texture. This pizza is always a winner. Very easy to pick up right off Cicero. Fried cauliflower was a nice offering but maybe a little more seasoning & less breading..? Generally a good place for thin crust pizza takeout. read more

The place needed to be a little bit more cleaner The person making pizzas was not wearing gloves, and you have to monitor the employees because I saw one of the drivers going in the back and eating a piece of sausage of a pizza that was made for a customer and then licked his fingers read more

First time- this pizza is so GREAT! I came in at lunch time last week and had two pieces of veggie and a side salad. The salad was HUGE and so fresh and delicious. The veggie was cooked to perfection with the perfect crust and sauce ratios. The restaurant was so cute and the service was very quick. I came in ordered at the counter and then dined in while getting some work done. They have 3 locations Burr Ridge, 40th in Chicago and one in Cícero. I wish they had one closer to me in the South Loop. Everything was so yummy! read more

This is how the pizza arrived. Then put me on hold for 15 minutes and never answered. Before that was talking about "partial refund" ... no I want a refund. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Just look how this was handed to me? Was the driver an F1 race car driver? Why does it look like this read more

Horrible! I didn't receive my entire order and received an undone Pizza. When I called back to inform them; they stated they would give me a refund for the items not received;which I haven't gotten. And to put the pizza back in the oven! I'm completely appalled. I requested the delivery driver return to pick up the food because it was untouched and they refused. $50 gone down the drain. They don't deserve any stars read more

Horrible customer service but the pizza is really great sometimes. Hamburgers are good but forget about the beef.

Order pizza and it took them 1.5hrs and on top of that it's could. There serves went down the drain. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The Italian beef was horrible just nasty this is the worst beef I have ever tasted how is it chucks of meat instead of sliced I Hated it.

Pizza for my childhood! So happy this one is near to us! The young lady that was at pickup made our day so kind!

If I could rate this a zero, I would! Ordered pizza on Slice app at 5:05 pm. App stated it would be 45-55 minutes. Ok, I can wait. App tells me order would be delivered by 7:00. What?! I chatted the slice app to see if I can cancel...No, pizza is in oven. Pizza arrives and the canned mushrooms look like they were thrown on after pizza came out of oven. Cheese was really gooey and undercooked. Pizza crust was stuck to the cardboard. Absolutely horrendous. The manager called me back after I sent a picture of how a real pizza should be cooked. No apologies, just that customers complained that pizzas cooked like I like it were overcooked. Well, never again. I'll keep ordering from the pizza joint I've been ordering from the last 23 years. I have never had to finish cooking my pizza and wait a total of 2 1/2 hours to eat it. read more

Very good pizza! Quality tavern style pizza! Lady at the front was very pleasant. Had my order ready right on time. Small local place with old school vibes. Definitely worth getting if you're in the area. read more

I ordered a pizza and it got delivered completely burned I couldn't even eat it, I called as soon as I noticed it and they told me no problem we will give you credit for a free pizza next time I ordered. Two weeks later I called to claim the free pizza and they told me they couldn't give me a free pizza and that they don't remember. I told them I had a picture of it and they didn't care for it. I will no longer order from here, they would rather loose a customer over ONE pizza that THEY messed up. read more

Was a loyal customer for many years but what a disappointment, business is limited right now with this Covid19 stress going on, and small businesses need our support, but selling an old leftover pizza is not acceptable for a consumer. Will not order from this place again, I pay for quality not leftovers.. and I still couldn't believe the people trying to deny the error, here are some pics to prove , the disappointment in their service. read more

Have you guys recently changed recipes the pizza not the same anymore....... The cheese taste so different from before

Always loved this pizza. But within the past year has gone down in all ways. I think it has newer owners and a different cook. I've tried it a few times now and it's changed. The sausage is too big and the crust has lost its buttery crust. Sorry but I grew up on this pizza and I loved it. Now I have to go to the one on Archer Ave to enjoy the pizza again. read more

First time trying although I been in cicero for 20 plus years I barley came across this place & wanted to try them out but that is what I did tried & will not return. Their supreme pizza is loaded but the bread & cheese is super weird the texture is like I never had before, the cheese is like rubber... Super weird the ribs was tuff real tuff very fatty and overloaded w sauce didn't taste fresh either meat had like a freezer taste & the wing was way over priced to have little meat they had tons of breading on them though. 80 bucks never again read more

I consider myself somewhat of a pizza snob. I only like really good pizza. Lou Mal's tends to be my favorite. However, a coworker turned me on to Falco's. She ordered for company parties several times and now I've ordered twice to my house and once to a bar for a team building event. Let me say, I LOVE their pizza. I think it's the crust. Something about it....it's just so good. I have not been inside to dine (can you do that?) - I have only ordered delivery. The delivery times are accurate and the food is always good! Very happy I have discovered a local Lou's alternative. Good stuff. read more

Very good pizza. Im visiting Chicago and this was recommended to me. Amazing! I will be ordering pizza from here whenever I visit Chicago.

Just decided I'd update their stars since over the last 2yrs the pizza has been good & consistent. So the pizza is great, but service can be better. They supposedly derived from Home Run Inn so it tastes the same. They're cool they just need to stay on their shit!!! read more

My Dad picked up a pizza from Falco's for dinner the other night. He got a 18inch onion and cheese pizza. It was very tasty! Great cheese flavor and the crust wasn't to crunchy in my opinion it was perfect. I would totally be ordering pizza from here again it's officially in my top ten favorite pizza places of all time. read more

Definitely could of been better. My daughter's mother ordered this pizza I ate a few slices and got sick. I don't recommend this eastsblisment. read more

Falco's had some great prices for pizza. The time from my order and paying was relatively short, fast service is very strong. Go in a busy hour it can take some time to order but not that long. The fries are awesome always better with a slice of pizza or a drink. Overall I recommend just for a quick bite. Im this location is very small and noisy but it can be a good experience just with the pizza alone. read more

Delicious!!! It was my first time ordering from flaco's and to be perfectly honest I wasn't expecting much, but to my surprise I was proven wrong. The pizza was full of flavor from first bite to last bit of crust. My daughter said "even the crust is good!"Definitely will be ordering again from this pizzeria!!! read more

I really like Falco's Pizza, although it's not my favorite, it is really tasty pizza. What I would recommend to make it better is a buttery crust. Their crust is really pretty and looks tasty, however, it tasted like saltine crackers. Now getting to my reason for giving this review...customer service at the Cicero location, 5651 W Cermak Rd Cicero, IL 60804 United States, they are just AWESOME..You are welcomed when you enter, they are friendly and they thank you for spending your hard earned money with them. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you for your good service. read more

My staff and I ordered their baked panzarotti for delivery. I had the chicken, spinach, mushrooms, and hot gardinera. There other ingredients you can add. These are like giant calzone. Very flavorful and enough to feed you many meals. Also, quick and nice delivery service. Reasonable price as well. read more

worst service ever and the delivery's driver is the worst calls and say pizza is here I'm like ok where I don't see you had me standing outside for 10 min and still calls and say pizza is here freaking creep who works as a delivery's driver and just sits in the car expecting people to go look for him read more

1st and last time ordering from Falco's. New to the neighborhood, thought I'd order from the little guy's vs from a popular chain restuarant or from where have been ordering since moving in. Delivery was over an hour and half. I placed my order at 8:08 pizza wasn't delivered until 930! Who wants to eat pizza st 930? I called to the restaurant to let them know my pizza was over an hour late, and I just got "he's in route" no apology, no concern in his tone, very disappointing. read more

Best pizza in Cicero. If you haven't had a slice of Falco's pizza you are missing out.

Pizza here is ok, not the best I had but decent. Delivery is unbelievably long over an hour. Also no menu came with the pie which was another bad mark for this place. The crust is unique but a bit to hard for my likings. The cheese is alright as well really dont like it too burnt as this might be there signature way of how they cook there pies here. Overall this place is average but that's about it. read more

Today I had the worst experience at this location. It was a delivery. First off the order came super late. We finally get it and we notice it's small for large we bring it to the driver who assures me it's my large pizza I ordered. So after telling him it's not the first large pizza I have ordered from there or anywhere else in my life. But I figure I'm probably wasting my time, what can he do about it? So I call Falcos and I tried explaining my situation and I look at the receipt and I notice it's not my damn address. So maybe the driver messed up or whoever but at least someone should have apologized or tried to make it right read more

You have ruined me for life Falcos!! I have been eating your deliciously buttery crusted pizza since I was a wee child and nothing has ever compared. Now that I live in Austin, TX all I have are my distant memories. I have to say I also grew up eating Home Run Inn and still yours to me is top-notch. I love you. Sniffle...Sniffle read more

You can't go wrong with Falco's. It's a small pizzeria, with delicious saucy, salty, cheesy deliciousness. The pizza crust could be eaten alone it's buttery and soft, I usual get extra sauce because I love it saucy and you will too, cheese is always cooked to perfection and the sausage with fennel seeds is sooo good. read more

Just tried this pizza place out today. After reading the reviews, I thought I would give this place a shot. To my surprise, the pizza was actually really good. Not the BEST pizza I have tasted, but it was actually really tasty! The pizza arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes after I placed my order. The presentation of the pizza was average. The mozzarella cheese was cooked just right, and the sauce was pretty good as well. The difference in this pizza is the CRUST and BREAD. Unlike the pizza in Freddy's or Paisan's, this bread seems to be more reminicent of the crust used in Home-Run Inn pizza. There is a slight taste of margarine or butter that the cooks seem to brush the bread with. However, unlike Home Run Inn Pizza, Falco's Pizza does this technique JUSTICE. It isn't OVERLY saturated in butter, it just adds enough so that you can get a boost of flavor without overpowering the rest of the pizza. They also add their own mixture of herbs and spices that really bring out the tomatoes in the sauce. Overall, if you are looking for a more flavorful taste in the crust and a good tasting pizza, you should DEF. check out FALCON'S Pizza! read more

Five Stars all the way baby !! we just moved to Cicero and I was in the mood for Pizza tonight, so hit up good old Yelp and I see 5 stars across the board, must be a fluke we will try them out so I call them up and since I didn't find a web site I didn't know what they had other than Pizza, so I asked for a Pizza with lots of meat, the guy said he could do Sausage, Pepperoni and Bacon, yeah Bacon not Canadian crap either real Bacon !! they told would be about 45 minutes so at that time I walked to the door and looked out and dude just got out of his car with my Pizza, hows that for timing This Pizza was perfect in every way, the sauce was spicy just like everyone said and the meat was cooked to a crispness but not dried out, and the crust crisp but still doughy even the crust was just right. these guys do Pizza right read more

Being from the east coast I have a hard time finding a good pizza pie in Chicago. I will admit it took me a few tries to like Falcos. But after the second, I was hooked. The soft better crust is delish. My personal favorite is bacon & pineapple. With the crust it is the best savory pie I've found in Chicago! Down side, the pizza takes a little long to cook and have delivered. (I prefer to pick up.) But good things are worth the wait! read more
