Had 4 movers at a very competitive price who were willing to move my husband and I out of two apartments and into our new house. They were kind and considerate of our home, and worked very quickly and efficiently. This team was excellent to work with, and Daniel was very communicative of any questions we had before, during, or after our move. They even removed trash for us and set us up with local cleaners to do a move out clean and carpet clean of our apartments for a great price. Can't recommend them enough! -- Setting up the move: I reached out through Yelp and they were extremely communicative there, answering all my questions and following up on my timeline. We did a final discussion over the phone before scheduling the move. Daniel was open to discussing pricing and adjusting the size of the team accordingly. He estimated around 6 hours for this move all in, and the final timing was 5.5 hours from the time they left their warehouse until they returned to it, so his estimate was very accurate! One small thing - I never received a confirmation email for their services ahead of time, which I had asked for, but Daniel was great about keeping in touch over text and made sure to respond to my confirmation about a week and a half before, and then send a text to confirm a few days before as well as the day before. So this is a very small complaint, and realistically wasn't something I needed to worry about! So just a heads up to expect communication by phone/text -- they will absolutely follow through! -- Moving day: They were able to move us out of our two 900 sq ft and 700 sq ft apartments in a little under 2hrs. Once they arrived at the new house, it took around an hour to move everything in. (To note we had mostly boxes and very little furniture, but was still much faster than I expected!) Each of the 4 team members was extremely courteous and very respectful of our home. I stood by the truck to let them know what rooms to put things in and they followed all the instructions to a T. We had a lot of boxes and trash from new purchases in our basement, including a huge 85" tv box, and they took all of it for us and loaded it into their truck after moving in our things. Was a small fee for taking the trash and was a huge help for us. We didn't know ahead of time we would need this service, and the team was flexible with us and agreed to this day of, which was exactly what we needed! -- After move: Daniel had set me up with a local mover to do a move out clean and carpet clean on one of our apartments, and he made sure to follow up to make sure I was able to get in contact with the cleaners and that they did a good job afterwards. Was a huge help to be able to set this up in one go and was very appreciative of the follow up! (Also the cleaners did a great job and were flexible with our schedule!) -- Final thoughts: This was an excellent company whose team did a great job and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving in this area. We will likely use them again in the future due to the quality of our experience yesterday. Their prices were extremely fair and they are willing to work within your budget to make sure you get the move you need for the price that works for you. They are flexible in their services, and do everything from packing and moving to junk removal and cleaning services, and are truly a one stop shop for all your moving needs. If you are unsure about who to use for movers, don't be -- hire J&R Affordable Moving!

put in service request via thumbtack and was promptly contacted by daniel and we connected via…read morephone 2 days later on march 17. i needed his team to move me 6 miles from a storage unit to apartment and he said no problem and even quoted me a lower price of $125/hr. great. move was booked for sat, may 9. about 10 days later i contacted daniel again and asked if he can change that from may 9 to april 18. yes, done, and confirmed change on march 25. my move is now this week so i text daniel this morning, april 13, to inquire if we are still all set and my phone number is blocked. i cannot text, i cannot call...all communications incoming from my cell number are blocked. no explaination, no communications from daniel/team regarding any possible conflicts, etc. he simply blocked my number and that's it so now i'm left scrambling to find other services with a smaller timeline and most likely higher costs. shame on this compay/owner.

INSIDE BURGLARY JOB!! Buyer beware!!! We are in the process…read moreof selling our home and started depersonalizing and declutterring for staging. On 1/31 we rented a unit from this location. And they make you use their locks!! On 2/3 we were contacted by the office stating there had been a string of break ins and told us we needed to check our unit. On 2/4 I went by our unit and our lock was intact and not cut so I figured we were safe. At this time I did not open the unit. On 2/16 my husband and I went to drop off more stuff to our unit and when we opened it, we realized 75% was of our boxes were gone. We called the police and filed a report. We contacted the office and asked for video footage and were denied. Told us they would only release to the police. The police requested video footage and were also denied - stating we needed a subpoena. We were able to work with the burglary team with the police to finally get the footage. They originally tried giving us footage from 1/9 which makes ZERO sense considering we didn't sign the lease until 1/31. Finally we got the right footage but it was such bad quality all you could see was it was a white pick up truck. We can't see the license plate OR the driver. Go figure! The officer asked the storage unit for record of who accessed the gate at that time and they have no record of the main gate opening. Which is garbage, because anytime we accessed their facility, we entered a code and it identified us by name. Fast forward to the insurance claim and they denied us because they said there was no sign of forced entry! Yet they were the ones who advised us of the break ins to began with. We filed a claim with our homeowners insurance for a loss of $25,000! That's how much we lost yet they have no record of the gate opening, our lock wasn't cut or tampered with, terrible camera quality, and insurance that doesn't pay out. You tell me how this isn't an inside job? They even went as far as to tell us the cameras and security are for them not the customers. Their employees have no sympathy for anything that occurred at this location. They deny everything and take zero ownership or accountability. Do NOT trust this location to protect your belongings!

I hate this place. There's nobody physically there to help with anything! They have a "virtual…read moreassistant", and each time I've used it, it takes at least twice as long to get anything done! There is a "manager" on site, but who knows what he does. He doesn't help the customers. My rent more than tripled in the last couple of years. Out of nowhere I got an email that said my storage unit was found unsecured. I just moved to a different (smaller, less expensive) unit a month prior. When I called to try and get some answers, nobody answers and I leave a message. I also sent a reply email. Someone finally called me back a couple of hours later and explained that my unit was likely locked open. They put a lock on my unit and the email said I was being charged for it. I go over to my unit to investigate, and what a runaround! First, I get there and my original lock is nowhere to be found. So I go back to the main office. I then get told that they know nothing about my lock and that I probably had a break in. I go back over to my unit to look at the contents and nothing appears to be disturbed. Meanwhile, I have to use the password key pad for each entry and exit, and the new explanation makes even less sense. I purchase yet another lock from them via virtual assistant. So very frustrating that I can't just talk to a person in person. It's a huge waste of my time. When I asked why they have a manager on site the assistant said they are there to clean the property. Sounds pretty cush to me. I'm not planning on staying there much longer. Don't rent a storage unit here.

Today we went to pick up our trailer from this storage for an upcoming trip. We could not get the…read moregate open. When we called, we were told that they would reset the gate and to wait five minutes. After five minutes we tried again and it still would not work. We called again and we're told they would reset it again and to wait five minutes. Again we waited and tried and it would not open. We drove to the office and again we were told they would reset it and to try again. After another failed attempt to open , we called and asked when it would be fixed. We were told that it could work later today, it might be tomorrow or it could be two weeks. When I asked about being reimbursed for the deposits on the campgrounds for our trip, she replied they wouldn't do it. She also said they were at the mercy of 'corporate' to get the gate fixed but refused to give any contact details for corporate. She suggested we keep driving back to see if the gate would work because she would have no way of knowing if it would work or not. We waited for a couple of hours and went back. It still did not work. Luckily there was someone leaving that tripped the interior switch that would open the gate. We retrieved the trailer and terminated the contract. It's just not worth dealing with people who aren't interested in helping their customers. AMENDED Corporate called me to go over what transpired today. They informed me that the gate will be fixed tomorrow. They seemed genuinely interested in what happened and making it right. I hope they do fix that gate and address the issue with site management.

Tenants for 1 & 1/2 years & some months we don't pay till the last minute but we ALWAYS paid. never…read morecaused problems, or issues till now. While the company was seeking new management the temp manager told us that the lock on our unit was to be cut off & In process of doing so, the locking mechanism was broken. No problem, we were past due & understood. Only allows a space for their lock. The property manager Ashley Medina refused to let me put my lock on the unit after making a payment back in June. I paid the entire balance. Ashley refused because a payment was due 7/1/2022 but it was 6/27/2022. When requested to have the lock fixed after every payment there was no resolution. For almost 6 months regardless of how late or current I was I still have not had access to my unit. Finally after making a payment on Friday, Ashley agreed to unlock my unit. She wasn't open on Saturday she said & I had to call the after hours number. Website says 9-12pm on Saturday. Ashley unlocked my unit, without us present, and left it unattended, which is against policy. Our gate code didn't work so she gave us the property management code, seems like a liability? We arrive at our unit and cannot get the door open. My fiancé has to crawl under the door to see and upon opening our unit it had been TRASHED. Not only that but a significant amount of valuable items and irreplaceable sentimental things had been damaged or stolen. Called Ashley back with no answer for hours. She doesn't consider this an emergency. Long story short, Ashley is an absolutely unprofessional, and incompetent manager. She does not check units, she does not walk the property, she does not do any maintenance work as she made it very clear to us she is the ONLY employee. Also not only are your items not safe and secure, nor is your personal information. The records room door is kicked in, with access for anyone to walk right on in and see everyone's account info. Bathrooms are horrendous, never becleaned, Ashley never empties the trash, Ashley does not document when there has been a break in into a unit, or inform tenants of multiple break ins. she does not take pictures as required by the policy, she doesn't honestly do anything. The cameras have such a short life time on them, which doesn't matter anyways because unless and I quote per property manager Ashley Medina "unless you are dead, dying, the building is on fire or you can't get out the gate, it is not an emergency and do not call her" I can promise you I wouldn't call you for any of those things because she would never answer! The biggest issue we have with this problem is not that our things were stolen, BUT there are no signs of a break in, no damage done to the unit structure, so the ONLY thing that could have happened was that my unit was opened with a key. Ashley has confirmed that her lock was never cut off the unit.... And that she is the ONLY employee, So what happened to my things? Why was I never informed that there was a breach in safety at the facility I store my things? Why wasn't there an email sent, a letter mailed? Nothing? Why was I refused access to my unit even if I was paid up even if it was 3 days or 2 weeks? Why was my lock left unfixed for 6 months? Why was I never called to put my lock on my unit, why did she never follow proper policy? So I have not been able to see the condition of my items against my request even in a non delinquent status. When asked for a manager other than Ashley we were told no, that she would speak with her manager first and if she wanted to call she would. We called, told to kick rocks & then Ashley evicted us from our unit with no valid explanation. When we called the management company back again, we were told Ashley accused us of harassing and following her. Ashley also blames a string of break ins on a "Mexican man that was living in his car in the back lot" well I feel super safe now knowing that you weren't even aware someone else was living on site! This was a last minute thing and the only close company available with units we needed to help our kiddos mom out. NEVER again & I fully intend to get answers as Ashley has dropped the ball. the property manager can open any unit, never send out written notice like she's supposed to, she can delete/never take pictures for your file, she doesn't check locks, she honestly doesn't do anything but become irate with customers when she can't answer a question or doesn't like what you have to say & evicts you when she doesn't want to deal with the issue she created. lastly, property manager Ashley also likes to employ her boyfriend whom owns Plant Management Landscape solutions to harass people, & stand in on conversations with tenants. Instead of calling a supervisor to help she calls her boyfriend. Very unprofessional for her & him as well & is poor representation for Plant Management Landscape solutions while he pretends to intimidate situations he has no business with.
