All adjacent business parking lots were full. Ended up a couple of bocks east of the ballpark. Our Bad. We enjoyed a meal upstairs at Cold Beers & Cheers before heading to our seats. Our game conversation was limited because of the Diamondbacks rally cries, fortunately we had plenty of time chatting at dinner upstairs at dinner before the game. Our seats were nice, lots of room with a good view! There were several groups rallying the fans to join in the fun. A cute little girl maybe 10-12 yrs old was the star in our section belting out lines everyone followed. As the 7th inning arrived the Dbacks were behind 16 runs so we made our move to exit the stadium. I will be back with a bigger group for more Dbacks July 5th! Get your game-on my Friends-SYOY!

This used to be one of my favorite ballparks to visit, but my recent experience was disappointing…read more Attendance was very light in my section, and I intentionally paid extra for better seats so I could enjoy the game with an unobstructed view. After the second inning, however, the section began filling up with people who appeared to be moving into upgraded seats without anyone checking tickets. I continued to check the app throughout the game, and all of those seats still showed as available for purchase. People were constantly moving in and out of seats between innings, making it obvious there was little to no enforcement. If this is how seating is managed, there's really no reason to spend extra money on premium tickets. You may be better off buying the cheapest seat available and simply moving to a better section after the game starts. Unfortunately, it also seemed like many staff members were more focused on socializing and eating in the stands than monitoring seating areas or addressing the issue. Overall, the experience left me feeling like paying extra for better seats was a waste of money.

We were really hoping DBat would be a great way to help our son get into baseball, but after a few…read morevisits and a camp day, we're officially done. From day one, it was clear that support for beginners just isn't there. We asked multiple times for help using the batting cages since we're not baseball savvy, and each time were met with the same answer: "It's easy" or "Just put him in and figure it out." No explanation, no guidance, just major attitude. I felt like an inconvenience, not even a customer! We signed our son up for a summer camp hoping it would be a better, more structured experience. Unfortunately, it was just more of the same. At drop-off, staff couldn't find his name on the list and didn't have any formal check-in process. When we offered to walk him back (his first day!), we were told to just send him alone to "find the group." Once we found the group, it was hard to tell who was even in charge since there was no clear staff IDs or supervision. At pickup, we saw kids swinging bats way too close to each other with no one actively managing what was going on. Our son wanted to try the cages again, so we asked for help, this time from a front desk associate (white guy with a curled mustache), and we were once again met with a cold attitude. When we asked about private lessons that we'd be willing to pay for, his only response was "whatever" with no effort to explain how to sign up or get more info. What sealed it for us was the lack of any real safety measures. No one checked who was picking up kids. No sign-in or sign-out, no ID check ....nothing. That's a huge red flag for any parent. Our son wanted to love this place, and we really tried to give it a chance. But the lack of guidance, professionalism, and basic safety makes this a hard no for us. *** Update *** After raising these concerns, I received a call from the manager who firmly disagreed with my feedback. They insisted safety wasn't an issue because they do a safety brief with the kids and that staff did their best despite "doing a thousand other things." They also clarified that DBAT, like other batting cages, doesn't have someone available to help users, something that directly contradicts the impression given on their site and materials, given they list that there are instructors. Again if an instructor needs to be scheduled, the guidance and help of knowing who and what to book on the website would be the first step in providing a reasonable level of customer service. When I asked for a refund for the upcoming unused camp day, they declined and stood by their approach. I let them know the call was unproductive and that we were clearly in complete disagreement. At this point, we will not be returning. If you're new to baseball and looking for guidance or a welcoming environment for your child, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

There is a $5 gate fee for anyone over the age of 16. They have 8 fields which have been built as replicas of famous ballparks and the field offers stadium style seating. Sliders sports grill is located on the north and south side of the complex. You can watch your childs game from inside of the restaurant from the windows, which is pretty awesome. You don't have to miss your child's game if you're grabbing a bite to eat or needing to go inside to cool off. Bring some cash for their gaming machines inside of the restaurant. The bar only offers seltzers and beer. Their Ben's soft pretzels are the best! If you like white queso, get a side of this for your pretzel, yum! We have enjoyed all of their food, so far nothing was bad. If your child needs some batting practice, check out their batting cages near the main entrance of the park. They have a playground located next to the south restaurant. This is a plus for children who are not in a tournament to entertain themselves. I do wish there was a playground next to the north restaurant. My son usually plays on north side so my 5 year old can't go over to the playground unless someone is willing to supervise. The complex also offers your indoor sports programs year around. They offer indoor soccer league play, soccer skills training, lacrosse, preschool classes and yoga. See you in the near future!

It has large fields with fun backdrops, an indoor restaurant with seats by the window so you can enjoy the game with air conditioning on those hot AZ days, and indoor bathrooms! They also serve beer, including a couple of craft beers on draft. That was exciting to me because I've never been able to drink a beer while watching a girls' softball tournament. I got a hazy IPA from Four Peaks, along with chicken tenders and fries. The chicken was good. Fries were lightly battered, which is not my preference, but they were still pretty good. Finished my food inside, but went back out to the stadium seats because you can't hear the game from inside, so it wasn't as exciting to watch. Notes: -For any tournaments hosted by outside organizations (not the town of Gilbert), there is a $5 fee at the gate for non-Gilbert residents age 16 and over. They do ask to see ID. -Online it says no food or drink allowed, except for water.

I'm so glad we chose not to buy from a bigger sporting goods chain like Dicks and came here. We had a very good personalized 1 on 1 experience with Dylan and Tanner who were very knowledgeable and helpful with helping my son choose the right glove. They have a great selection of bats and gloves amongst other baseball and softball equipment here. The store is just big enough without being overwhelming. I can't thank Tanner and Dylan enough for the wonderful experience. They also have glove break in service which is normally $60 but $30 if you buy the glove from them. Since we are out of state they said they could keep the glove and complete the service which is 5-7 days and then ship to us. 10/10 recommend!!!

Customer service like this will definitely bring me back as a customer! Wish there was a zero star option. Bought $300 catchers gear for my daughter's birthday (of course no way to try it on first since it's online). Their site claims easy, hassle free returns/exchanges;however, somewhere on the site (mind you, not on the listing or the actual order) their policy states no refunds/returns on any item discounted over 25%. I'm now stuck with ill fitting gear (which is correct size according to sizing guide). I offered to buy a $400 set in exchange and they offered a 15% discount if I order from them again...why would I buy there again when I'm stuck with a crummy purchase? If you're getting a "good deal", make sure you're getting exactly what you need, or you will be stuck with it...poor customer service! Never again.

We sat in section 111, right behind home plate. We purchased food throughout the game and felt the prices were consistent with other ball parks. I will premise with: I have no clue about baseball, I played rugby and a bit of cricket, so made a total fool of myself but walked away laughing at my ineptitude ;). The event was well worth the prices, there were some vintners I 'knew' from the different events I've been attending the last couple months. The ambiance and vibe was chill, everyone was chatting and milling around, checking out vendors and tasting wines, and there were food trucks serving pizza and gyros. I would have liked some offerings of food inside the venue, but I did get some delicious plant based cupcakes with really good frosting. The whole evening was chill, we sat at a table then went to sit out on the bleachers for a bit more breeze. Very enjoyable event, we'll definitely come back for the next one.
