My garage door fell off its track. After having a few other companies come out and provide estimates (and trying to up sell me on various items instead of at least trying to fix the track first), I was referred to Jason at Falcon Garage Doors. I left him a message towards the end of the day, and received a call back within the hour. We set up an appointment for the next morning. Jason showed up when he said he would, and also provided a courtesy text when he was on his way. Jason did not try to up sell us on anything, and and indicated it should be an easy fix, and worked quickly. Unfortunately, after Jason put everything together, we found out the spring was broken, so we had to purchase a new part. This is my 2nd time using Jason, he's the man! The cable came off the pulley in the morning so I called Jason. He was booked solid for the day so I shopped around. A company came out and the first question they asked me was if I wanted an entire new garage door? No! I answered and then he explained because my car was stuck in the garage he would have to charge me an additional $300 hazardous duty fee, I'm now coming unglued. I told this tech to charge me his $29 fee and get the hell off my property. I had texted Jason my address and phone number earlier and around 4pm I get a call from Jason letting me know he's on his way to my home. Jason fixed my door for $85 flat and didn't try and up charge me anything. Moral of this story is, these garage companies understand they own you at this point where you can't move so they try and sell you everything they can before doing the job. The spring broke on our garage door. I sent a picture of the broken spring and he was able to come out same day and fix it in less than a half hour. He also let us know that there was another part of the door that we should be concerned about, we didn't even notice it before. He told us it didn't need to be repaired right away but we decided to take care of it. Jason didn't have the part with him but was able to come back the next day and take care of it. I was referred to Jason at Falcon Garage Doors by a contractor friend of mine. Jason just installed a new garage door for my home and I was very fortunate to have found him to do the work for me. I called Jason in the afternoon for an estimate and at the end of the day he was at my house and gave me a quote in less than ten minutes. Made an installation appointment for a couple weeks later when it was convenient for me and he arrived on time and ready to go the date of the installation. The only rating I could give to Jason above a 5-star would be a "walk-on-water" but too bad I am not good old almighty himself. Jason is fast, efficient and his work was perfect. He is very friendly and easy to deal with. I called him and he came on the same day to replace my 22-year-old antique moor-o-matic with a broken trolley slide. Though it was an emergency repair, he never jack up the price or ask for money upfront like some of the contractors I called before my sister gave me Jason's phone number. It turned out my nephew also had Jason replace his old garage door opener with a fancy roll-up, which I knew several contractors turned down because they said it couldn't be done because of some garage cabins would block the track. Anyway you have a garage door opener problem, I highly recommend you to call Falcon and have Jason to take a look. Contacted Jason at Falcon garage doors based on excellent recommendations posted by employees on an internal company mail list. The single spring on my garage door broke and needed to be replaced. Called Jason just before 7:00am and to my surprise he answered the phone, provided a quote and scheduled me in for the afternoon. As promised Jason showed up on time, upgraded the system by adding 2 springs, relubed all the moving components and rebalanced the door. Very straight forward and honest. My garage door hit my rear car bumper while on the way down and the "obstruction" caused the door to stop working. I tried to re set it but the door just made a buzzing sound. I called a garage repair business I found on Yelp that had good reviews. When I described the problem over the phone, they said if it wouldn't reset I'd need a new garage door opener, and the cost would be $350 to $425, depending on the model. I decided to call for another opinion, so I called Falcon. Jason came out within the hour and said it was a stripped gear. The part was replaceable and it would cost $125 including parts and labor, and he could install it the next day. True to his word, he fixed the door the next day with a new part and saved me $300 compared to the other business. He even lubed all door hinges and the belt on the door before he left. Jason replaced the garage door on my house in 2003. For the past ten years, the garage door has had no problems at all and still functions like new. Since 2003, I have purchased several other properties that have needed new doors and openers. I always shop price and I must say that Falcon Doors always has the best price with fantastic quality.
