Easy, easy, easy to recommend Falcon Garage Doors. Jason is the best. Plain and simple. I called him on the recommendation of my picky brother in law, and could not have been more pleased. The spring on my garage door was busted. I needed it repaired right away. No only did Jason do the job the same day - as we were headed into a weekend - he did it for a great price and without any upsell. Honesty is very important to me and that's what you'll get with Falcon Garage Doors. Jason is a hard worker, on time (or he'll give you a heads up), and has great prices. I've recommended him to everyone and I hope he never finds a new line of work. read more

My garage was busted and Jason came thru in the clutch!! I called a little late in the day but he still made time to come by and give an estimate and fix my problem at a great price. He was actually referred from another garage company that couldn't see me today. He is very knowledgable about his craft and doesn't try to throw any curveballs at you with any unneeded things that should be fixed. He checked everything out as well, lubed up the chain and rollers for free! He works fast and he takes pride in doing business the right way and the quality shows in his work! I would definitely refer him to my friends and family! Thanks Jason read more

My garage door fell off its track. After having a few other companies come out and provide estimates (and trying to up sell me on various items instead of at least trying to fix the track first), I was referred to Jason at Falcon Garage Doors. I left him a message towards the end of the day, and received a call back within the hour. We set up an appointment for the next morning. Jason showed up when he said he would, and also provided a courtesy text when he was on his way. Jason did not try to up sell us on anything, and and indicated it should be an easy fix, and worked quickly. Unfortunately, after Jason put everything together, we found out the spring was broken, so we had to purchase a new part. Even with paying for the new spring, labor, etc., Jason was still faster and had a better price than the others. Will definitely be using him in the future, if needed. read more

Note: This review was for a sales presentation and advice, we bought our garage door elsewhere and regretted it. Will go to Falcon for service in the future. We shopped around a lot to purchase a garage door. No one was better than Jason at Falcon Garage Doors. He's been in this business long enough to really know all the products, pricing, how all this stuff works, and how to fix the inevitable trouble with existing garage doors. Nothing negative to say (and look at my other reviews, I don't dish out 5 stars for nothing). Jason was right there, really works hard and earned these 5 stars. read more

Amazing! Jason Is the best. I had a nightmare experience with another garage company, Jason was there to rescue me. I called (Jason)Falcon Garage Doors and explained what was wrong with my garage door, he knew what I was talking about and said he could come by the next day. Jason was here on time, was knowledgeable, fast , efficient and I felt like I had my brother here fixing my Garage door. He also Hauled away the old parts and left my garage clean. He is definitely the one I will be using for all my garage service needs. I would recommend Falcon Garage Doors to Everyone. read more

Jason definitely is a man of service. He was referred to me by my Electrician, Michael Martin at D.J. Electric, and showed up about 10 minutes after we called him for emergency access into my garage. Not only did he fix the shoddy work of the previous garage door company, but he fully serviced my garage after he fixed the problem. Will definitely be using him for ALL of my garage door needs no matter what. read more

This is my 2nd time using Jason, he's the man! The cable came off the pulley in the morning so I called Jason. He was booked solid for the day so I shopped around. A company came out and the first question they asked me was if I wanted an entire new garage door? No! I answered and then he explained because my car was stuck in the garage he would have to charge me an additional $300 hazardous duty fee, I'm now coming unglued. I told this tech to charge me his $29 fee and get the hell off my property. I had texted Jason my address and phone number earlier and around 4pm I get a call from Jason letting me know he's on his way to my home. Jason fixed my door for $85 flat and didn't try and up charge me anything. Moral of this story is, these garage companies understand they own you at this point where you can't move so they try and sell you everything they can before doing the job. Just call Jason for all your garage door needs. read more

Fast, efficient, and 100% hassle free. The spring on my garage door broke and I got Jason's name from a friend who's a property manager. Jason quoted me a price over the phone and said he could drop by later that same day. I wasn't going to be home so we arranged where to leave a check and how he could gain access to the garage. When I got home the springs had been replaced, the garage door was working great, and all the annoying squeaks that had plagued us for years were gone. Thanks for the great work! read more

I was referred to Jason at Falcon Garage Doors by a contractor friend of mine. Jason just installed a new garage door for my home and I was very fortunate to have found him to do the work for me. I called Jason in the afternoon for an estimate and at the end of the day he was at my house and gave me a quote in less than ten minutes. Made an installation appointment for a couple weeks later when it was convenient for me and he arrived on time and ready to go the date of the installation. Two hours after he started the work my garage door was installed for the price I was promised (a great deal) and he was on his way. Jason is a really good dude and his work is very professional. Jason was on time, delivered as promised and did a quality job with a quality product. Thank you again Jason it was a pleasure. read more

Jason is great. Our neighbor recommended Jason and Falcon Garage Doors. He helped us out even on his day off! He did not try to sell us stuff we did not need. He did a great job for a great price. Look no further. read more

The spring broke on our garage door. I sent a picture of the broken spring and he was able to come out same day and fix it in less than a half hour. He also let us know that there was another part of the door that we should be concerned about, we didn't even notice it before. He told us it didn't need to be repaired right away but we decided to take care of it. Jason didn't have the part with him but was able to come back the next day and take care of it. I would definitely use Jason again! read more

Much better this time around. My garage door spring broke and Jason had it fixed in around 15 minutes.

Got Jason's name from a friend who was pleased with Jason's work. I called and he came out promptly and figured out the problem and fixed our door -- he is knowledgeable and down to earth. Turned out my next door neighbor also used Jason and he was also very satisfied. So I am pleased to recommend Jason to Yelp users. read more

Quick and easy! Was referred to falcon and was not disappointed. Was installed the next day, super quiet, and affordable.

I called Jason because my tenant called and said the garage door was hanging loose! He went to the condo within an hour and half, assessed the problem and fixed it. He was efficient, honest and got the job done quickly. read more

Jason was professional, fast, and didn't upsell any unnecessary equipment. It was easy to set up an appointment with him as well. I'd recommend him to anyone who asks for a reference. read more

Chose to contact this company based upon other Yelp comments. Was not disappointed. Spoke w/Jason in the morning and agreed on an afternoon service call. Said he would call when he was on his way. He did so, arrived shortly thereafter and promptly & professionally replaced two springs and lubricated the assembly. Short, sweet and to the point. Doesn't get any better than this. read more

The only rating I could give to Jason above a 5-star would be a "walk-on-water" but too bad I am not good old almighty himself. Jason is fast, efficient and his work was perfect. He is very friendly and easy to deal with. I called him and he came on the same day to replace my 22-year-old antique moor-o-matic with a broken trolley slide. Though it was an emergency repair, he never jack up the price or ask for money upfront like some of the contractors I called before my sister gave me Jason's phone number. It turned out my nephew also had Jason replace his old garage door opener with a fancy roll-up, which I knew several contractors turned down because they said it couldn't be done because of some garage cabins would block the track. Anyway you have a garage door opener problem, I highly recommend you to call Falcon and have Jason to take a look. I think he is a one-man-band and could get real busy in time but trust me he will accommodate you as quick as he could. I served in the military 33 years and I know what "professionalism" is and that's what Jason has. May God bless you and your business, Jason. Ooorah! read more

I have used Jason twice. 1st time was years ago. My garage doors needed an adjustment and he was fast at a good price. I recently had him replace my old doors. He replaced 2 doors at a great price. Removed the old doors and had the 2 new doors up in about a half day. I highly recommend Falcon. read more

Jason is a great guy, very friendly and honestly concerned about the safety of my family. He quickly assessed the situation and recommended a solution. Jason was able to fix my garage door with the Aid of Stephen from All American Garage Door. Together they saved me over $800 by salvaging what was left of my garage door....They also promised to visit my wife's business at www.ilovelucy.jeunesseglobal.com that was amazing....thank you guys! read more

I have an old wooden garage door and the overhead springs busted. Jason came out on time and got to work replacing the springs. Professional and personable. No extra sales. Replaced the springs and gave the door a basic health check. Lube and tighten. It works smoother than it has in years. We checked yelp before calling and wanted to confirm what we experienced. He is a busy guy, but worth the day wait to get the job done right. read more

Jason and his crew did a great job, on time and on budget with a garage door on our new home. Jason provides straight information and advice to help you choose the right door and options. We are return customers because of our first experience with Falcon Garage Door. read more

CONSUMER BEWARE: Smartypants has posted a 5 star review of Falcon Garage Doors, and posted a slanderous review of MIGHTY GARAGE DOORS. MIGHTY GARAGE DOORS has NEVER provided service to this consumer). This is the second time this has happened (with the same reviewer) I would be careful as to these slanderous activities and question the validity of the reviews on this site. read more

Contacted Jason at Falcon garage doors based on excellent recommendations posted by employees on an internal company mail list. The single spring on my garage door broke and needed to be replaced. Called Jason just before 7:00am and to my surprise he answered the phone, provided a quote and scheduled me in for the afternoon. As promised Jason showed up on time, upgraded the system by adding 2 springs, relubed all the moving components and rebalanced the door. Very straight forward and honest. Did not try to upsell and the cost of the final work was exactly what he quoted me. read more

CONSUMER ALERT!!!! I would be concerned with bogus reviews. smarty pants provided a 5 star review less than a year ago for falcon, then provided a slanderous review for a competitor this week. if they had a 5 star experience with falcon I don't believe they would have gone to another provider. It made me question the legitimacy of the review. I would only suggest you do your due diligence. read more

Excellent quality and exceptional customer service! I contacted Jason about replacing my garage door. He came out to give me a quote the very next day - his prices are very competitive and he works fast! My garage door hit my rear car bumper while on the way down and the "obstruction" caused the door to stop working. I tried to re set it but the door just made a buzzing sound. I called a garage repair business I found on Yelp that had good reviews. When I described the problem over the phone, they said if it wouldn't reset I'd need a new garage door opener, and the cost would be $350 to $425, depending on the model. I decided to call for another opinion, so I called Falcon. Jason came out within the hour and said it was a stripped gear. The part was replaceable and it would cost $125 including parts and labor, and he could install it the next day. True to his word, he fixed the door the next day with a new part and saved me $300 compared to the other business. He even lubed all door hinges and the belt on the door before he left. He's a good guy and an honest business man. Highly recommended. read more

Jason replaced the garage door on my house in 2003. For the past ten years, the garage door has had no problems at all and still functions like new. Since 2003, I have purchased several other properties that have needed new doors and openers. I always shop price and I must say that Falcon Doors always has the best price with fantastic quality. Jason replaced an old door on a foreclosure that still functions like new. Recently, he changed out an old style double door with two single doors and installed the new framing. The framing, installation and the doors look and function flawlessly. I would recommend Jason for any garage door installation or repair. read more

Jason was referred by a friend. He replaced a spring for us on garage door. Arrived on time, and finished job in about 15 mins. Appreciate his honesty, as I asked him if the other springs needed to be replaced. He said a lot of companies will replace them, but to only replace them if they break. read more

Came home to find my door would not open. after looking at the door from the inside noticed that the spring had broke. After calling several companies to get a price over the phone and told me that they would have to come out and look at it when I told them the problem. I found Falcon Garage Doors. Jason quoted me over the phone and showed up in a timely manner. Very Professional and Honest. Would recommend him any time. Reading some of these post Makes Erik D. look like an idiot. read more

Called and received same day repair at a great price. I am glad there was a magnet that said this door installed by Falcon. To be honest my opener looks like its from the 80's and it ultimately had a part fail. I looked Falcon up on Yelp and found good reviews. Jason fit me into the end of the day, worked fast, and left to help another person out at 5pm so he clearly works late if necessary. Highly recommend. read more

Jason has simply been the best. Years ago he set me up with a very nice garage door with windows. Accidentally ran into it years later, thought I ruined it, and called him. He was there the next day and had it working like new for much less than I thought. Years later, Jason is still the best! Thank you from Jamul. read more

Jason is fantastic, fast, efficient, reasonable, honest, and simply the best. Thanks Jason for your great business.
