The whole experience with Easy Open was... easy…read more We recently had our old screw drive (installed in 2005 by previous homeowners) Liftmaster completely fail. The light flickered nonstop and the unit refused to even attempt functioning. I ordered a brand new jack shaft/side opener off Amazon and was going to try installing myself. But then I discovered our garage door was super unbalanced (the spring had lost a lot of tension I guess). This would likely make the new opener unable to function, and garage door springs are not safe for a DIYer to mess with, so I was stuck and decided to call in the professionals. I reached out to a few businesses on Yelp, and... Pros: They responded quickly to my Yelp request with an actual estimate (only company who did) They stuck to their estimated schedule, arriving right in the middle of it Devin is an awesome guy and a super skilled installer who knows what he's doing and more importantly: cares about doing it well! He was really friendly, worked quickly (took about 90 mins altogether for everything), took care of all the little details, cleaned up the area when he was done, and walked me through all the operations of our new door opener at the end. We chatted a bit as he worked and had a pretty good time while still getting everything done blazingly fast. Easy Open accepted Zelle for payment which is super convenient for those of us who never have cash and don't know where their checkbook is! Cons: None, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone who asks. I'll definitely be calling them when we have any more garage door related needs!

Brad could have easily taken advantage of the situation or delayed the service or charged a premium knowing I was desperate but he did none of that. He showed up quickly was professional, was honest, and got everything fixed the same evening. Rockstar Garage Door Services really lives up to their name!…read more I called them in the morning after my garage door wouldn't open, and Hector and Luis came out quickly. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a clear estimate with a few options, and once we agreed on the repair, they got right to work. They were fast, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. They even took the time to clean up afterward and performed some additional maintenance on my equipment at no extra charge. What really stood out to me is that they genuinely seem to care about their customers. They originally installed my garage doors and equipment back in 2019, and when I had an issue years later, I went straight back to them because of the excellent customer service I received the first time. Thank you, Hector and Luis, for taking care of me again and being ROCKSTARS! I highly recommend Rockstar Garage Door Services if you need garage door repair or installation!

At first they said they didn't install Genie due to previous issues with them which was a bit strange but they eventually agreed to do it. We were able to schedule something within a week. Jesse showed up on time (even a few minutes early) and what can I say? He just did a good job. He did everything I expected: installed the new garage door opener, added an extra support thing, tuned the springs, lubed up the rollers, removed the old opener and cleaned up, all in around 90 minutes. He was even willing to accommodate some extra requests that I had. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with. Most charge absurd prices for barely passable work. Rockstar did an exceptional job with no surprises for a great price. I wish I had more garage doors openers to replace. Can't recommend enough.

Upon investigating, we found parts on the ground, and saw that the arm that connects to the door to the track was just hanging loosely. Because if you do, this is a really easy fix... and I can talk you through it over the phone." We got on a Facetime call, and Snir saw that a faulty retaining pin had failed, causing the entire mechanism to disassemble.
