Toby answered his phone and responded to my house at 930 pm. I came home from work and tried to close my garage and everything went to crap. Bent my track, snapped some rollers off etc. I called Toby for emergency repair so my garage wasn't partially open over night. From when I called him, Toby was at my house in about 25-30 mins. Our HOA approved a great garage door but there wasn't a recommended installer. Then Toby arrived at one installation. He performed a perfect installation of the door, the opener and the outdoor controller system pad. Then one neighbor after another hired him and everyone were happy and still are. I called another local garage door company first and got a voicemail. I did leave a message and they eventually called me back. I then called East County Garage Doors and reached Toby right away. I explained the service I needed and he quoted me a price over the phone that was about half what the other company quoted me for the same service. He was able to come to my house the same day. Actually in about an hour and a half after my call. He completed the service I had originally called about and then I asked him to trouble shoot an issue with one of our garage door remotes. After determining the issue was a fatal one, he programmed two new remotes and added an external receiver as well. The price for all the work was very reasonable.
