She handled everything to help me, from contractors to attorneys for closing. All were economical and helpful. she made a scary process very easy with no stress. She listed my house, had over 20 showings in 48 hours, 12 verbal offers and 7 written offers, all in 72 hours. We closed in less than 3 weeks from start to finish. I highly recommend her. She's honest, non-judgmental, respectful, hardworking and kind. If you need your home sold or need a new one, dont hesitate to have her as your realtor. You wont be sorry! Thank you Vickie ! you're amazing!!!

She contacted me more than once to ask me about status of the construction of the home for which she was representing me? Yes, you read that correctly...She was supposedly representing me but had no idea as to the progress of construction. When I asked a BASIC question about closing timing, she did not know the difference between closing expenses and prepaids. The SELLER'S agent was of greater service to me than my agent. When I raised concerns, I was told by a senior representative of LAH that they would take care of me. I was told that the broker of the local office would call me and address my concerns. Not only did this individual not contact me when I was told he would, when I did speak to him, he had no idea of the issues even though I explained them IN DETAIL to this senior representative of LAH the day before. This is the fourth home I have purchased in two states and I have never experienced this level of incompetence and lack of customer service to address the issues. LAH will receive a commission from the purchase of my home as there is no way to void the contract. However, this commission was far from earned. Engage them at your own risk.

She was there every step of the way and provided so much advice and assistance with all the many things that come up when dealing with the purchase of a house and moving cross-country to a new neighborhood. First of all, as soon as I moved in, I noticed there was a crack in the bathtub. How did they not notice this when cleaning and preparing the apartment for another tenant? Oh wait, that's because they don't bother to even upkeep anything to begin with. I told Blue Canoe about this crack and they assured me that the crack wasn't a concern and it wasn't leaking. Turns out it was leaking to the downstairs tenant. They had to repair the crack and I couldn't use the tub for 2 days. This was a sign of things to come. Another problem arose shortly thereafter. The air conditioning in my unit is pure garbage. During the cold winter of last year, I was freezing my family jewels off and the unit was barely heated at all. Not only this but it would keep running constantly and ran my power bill to insane amounts of money. I called and called them about this and they would send someone down occasionally, only to temporary fix the problem but it would go back to working like crap in a short amount of time. Its now summer time and instead of freezing in my apartment, I'm now burning up and my power bill is $200 dollars every month. My biggest isue with this aparment is that it's infested with ROACHES. I've never seen so many bugs in my life and it really makes it hard living somewhere where you have to put everything you buy at the grocery store in the fridge in fear of bugs getting in it. They have sent pest control to spray multiple times but it doesn't do any good because the bugs are probably numbered in the thousands inside the walls and cabinets. This is so disgusting and makes the place unlivable. I'm getting out of here as soon as I can. Please don't rent at 1119 11th PL S Apartments unless you love having tiny roach guests for dinner every night. Also, the grounds around the apartment are not kept up at all. There's trash everywhere and the grass is a mile high up. Apparently Blue Canoe sold the property to H2 real estate or something. They seem just as bad as Blue Canoe and don't respond to my phone calls or fix the problems I have here. It's been a nightmare and I'm paying way too much for the conditions I'm dealing with. TLDR: Blue Canoe sucks. h2 sucks. The air conditioning doesn't work. The apartment is roach infested and the grounds are trashy.

After hearing about them on the radio, we knew we needed to give them a shot. We listened to several realtors, and decided to go with GGG. They really stood out. Our house ended up selling very quickly since we listened to their suggestions. And the realtor definitely helped lookout for us while searching for our new home. All through the process we felt cared for, had stellar interaction, and were very happy... until the end. The week before we were to close, our agent let us know he would not be in town. That wasn't ideal, but I understand people have lives. But it definitely could have been handled better, and not dropped on us last minute. However, he made sure to let us know he would still respond to messages and calls, though it might be delayed. No big deal, and we appreciate the thoughtfulness. He also made sure to get us in touch with his team lead. We did have questions that last week, and when we texted our original agent, we got an out of office reply on his texts - never heard/seen that one before. We contacted the team lead. Later that week, we ended up having issues with closing, and the closing was delayed. This was no fault of our realtor, but we were on edge and nervous. We also found out that our realtor, who said he would be back the night before closing, was now on vacation and out of pocket for another week. Then, the day of our actual closing, we had more issues, and no one from GGG was there. We were there on our own. We had signed all of our papers before anyone showed up, and had to wait for them to bring a key for our new house to us. Our original realtor hasn't reached out to us, and it's been almost two weeks in our new home. If this has been just on the interaction before the last week, it probably would be a 5* review. As it stands now, I debated on a 2* or 3*. The ending was just really poorly handled, and ruined an otherwise great experience. Part of me wants to give GGG a higher rating. They did a great job, and I would have highly recommended them. I'm just torn due to them really dropping the ball at the end.

We got a text from our agent a few hours later requesting a phone call. We planned to speak the next night, but when we called, they didn't answer/didn't respond.
