The Loft Tour began at 12, but a map and greeters at every loft allowed arrival and city walking throughout the day (at your own pace). There were some uninterested vendors in various lofts, but far and few between. Talking to people you saw along the tour routes was cool too. I'd recommend the loft tour sponsored by H2 Real Estate to anyone, old or young, slightly interested or ready to buy!

I hate to have to write a review of this magnitude, but businesses have to stop the discrimination…read moreand profiling. Myself and my partner, both business owners, retired military and AA put in an application for an apartment with the company. We are transitioning from Texas and needed a place in the meantime here. We viewed about 6 units with an agent named Chloe before deciding on this one and got an approval a short while after the application was sent. A background check was done, the approval was sent and money was taken out of my business account to get keys by Friday of this week. I arrived back in town on yesterday and saw that our money had been returned to the business account with no explanation or Reason. I still don't have any written correspondence to support why this happened. We contacted Chloe and was told that the approval went through, but her manager didn't feel good about renting to us. I asked Chloe if she had an issue black people, lesbians, military people or those with businesses. Chloe explained that my business credit was too new. I expressed that we had been in the city for a little less than 2 months, so establishment and my license reflects that. We also provided a personal guarantee and paid a much higher deposit. The manager then claimed the system kicked out the process, when we had already gotten an approval. We had also been told by Chloe after we noticed the money returned that her manager did this. I'll say that while I'm happy my partner and I have secured another unit on today, I don't appreciate the scrutiny or my time being wasted after doing everything right. The sad thing about the entire ordeal is that most of the parties that profile legitimate individuals with money don't make 3 times the rent themselves. I hope this review helps someone else to steer clear of these people and to take their dollar where they are respected and treated fairly. I haven't decided if I will follow up legally as of yet, but beware.

I debated for a while on what rating to give for this review. Most of the process was great, but…read morethe ending really fell flat. After hearing about them on the radio, we knew we needed to give them a shot. We listened to several realtors, and decided to go with GGG. They really stood out. Our house ended up selling very quickly since we listened to their suggestions. And the realtor definitely helped lookout for us while searching for our new home. All through the process we felt cared for, had stellar interaction, and were very happy... until the end. The week before we were to close, our agent let us know he would not be in town. That wasn't ideal, but I understand people have lives. But it definitely could have been handled better, and not dropped on us last minute. However, he made sure to let us know he would still respond to messages and calls, though it might be delayed. No big deal, and we appreciate the thoughtfulness. He also made sure to get us in touch with his team lead. We did have questions that last week, and when we texted our original agent, we got an out of office reply on his texts - never heard/seen that one before. We contacted the team lead. Later that week, we ended up having issues with closing, and the closing was delayed. This was no fault of our realtor, but we were on edge and nervous. We also found out that our realtor, who said he would be back the night before closing, was now on vacation and out of pocket for another week. Then, the day of our actual closing, we had more issues, and no one from GGG was there. We were there on our own. We had signed all of our papers before anyone showed up, and had to wait for them to bring a key for our new house to us. Our original realtor hasn't reached out to us, and it's been almost two weeks in our new home. If this has been just on the interaction before the last week, it probably would be a 5* review. As it stands now, I debated on a 2* or 3*. The ending was just really poorly handled, and ruined an otherwise great experience. Part of me wants to give GGG a higher rating. They did a great job, and I would have highly recommended them. I'm just torn due to them really dropping the ball at the end.

It has been over a month since writing this review. Immediately upon posting I received a comment…read morefrom the owner stating they were sorry and would use this failure as a teaching/learning opportunity. We got a text from our agent a few hours later requesting a phone call. We planned to speak the next night, but when we called, they didn't answer/didn't respond. This further illustrates the unprofessionalism of this team. Instead of talking with us, their focus was on getting more Yelp Reviews to up their Yelp score.
