The ceiling has now partially collapsed, and the mold is spreading. Two roofing companies they supposedly contacted either had no idea what was going on or gave vague timelines with no follow-through. Communication is poor, and they've shown no urgency--even with clear safety hazards. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable management.

You'll usually receive it back. As long as you abide by the contract you signed, treat the home as your own, and pay your rent on time. You're more than likely going to be fine.
