So, I decided to give them a call and the front desk was pleasant and helpful with getting me set up for a cleaning and getting my dental health back in order. I was booked in a timely manner and seen very quickly after my call. Once I made the appointment, I received texts and emails to confirm my appointment and also sending my paperwork paperless which was great to fill out which gave the option to put all my card information in so that it could be checked prior to me coming in. I promptly filled out the information and sent it back to the office and confirmed my appointment so there would be no issues. On the day on my appointment I came in the office it is very nice and clean. Front desk staff was very very nice as well, and greeted me before the door was even closed. I then was called back very quickly and started my appointment. Everything went very smoothly from the xrays to the cleaning. Tina was my hygienist and made me very comfortable as I have a huge fear of all thing's dentist related. So much that she made sure I had warm water for my gums as they are sensitive to cold water. She made great small talk with me to take my mind off the things being done to put my mind at ease. When I saw Dr. Lauren Holloway she was just the most pleseant dentist I have ever had. She made me feel right at home and never uncomfortable. I can honestly say for once I am not dreading my next 6 month check up after this wonderful time I had. 03/24/2026 A crown fell off my back jaw tooth. I went to see Dr. Fabian with the intent of having…read morethe crown reseated. Unfortunately, most of the tooth had came out with the crown. This meant there was nothing to attach a new crown to, so I had to have that tooth removed. Dr. Fabian was so gentle pulling the remainder of the tooth and below the gum tooth and roots. He made sure to give me enough shots to totally numb the area. Usually when I had a tooth removed in the past, there was a great deal of pressure used. Dr. Fabian just gently used a side to side loosening then pulling method. It took awhile, not long, but a lot less pressure, than a straight pull, pull, pull out method. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. His staff is the best. The entire office so nice, friendly and caring. I drive 27 miles one way to get any of my dental services done by this office.

But let's take a trip down memory lane and revisit just how awful Landmark Dental has been. In 2020 and 2021, I had dental work done here. My dentist, Kevin, upgraded my composite tooth to a porcelain one WITHOUT my consent. At the time, there was no way I could have afforded a $2,000 tooth--I specifically selected the cheapest option. When I arrived to get the crown, Kevin casually informed me it was a "wedding present" since I had recently gotten engaged. Fast forward to when I tried to schedule a cleaning before my wedding, and suddenly, Landmark decided I owed them for that porcelain tooth I never agreed to. I asked if they had even bothered to file a claim with my excellent dental insurance--of course, they hadn't. They assured me they would, but for six months, I had to battle with their utterly incompetent employee, Dee, because my insurance never received the claim. Landmark eventually stopped answering my calls entirely, leaving me to move on with my life. Now, four years later, here we are again--Landmark harassing me, ignoring all logic, and making my life difficult. And the cherry on top? I even paid for the porcelain tooth I never authorized, yet I'm STILL being hounded for money. This place is a joke. I've had several procedures with Dr Anthony Chicola: a failed implant removed, bone graft, new…read moreimplant installed and others. Here's what I know. He was never rough and he did the things to make shots not painful. His work areas were clean and clutter free and he actively monitored all that. He is competent, skilled, sharp, reasonable, and he's undistracted. I called him after-hours once and he was there for me, answered fast, "easy stuff" he said. He gave me a very nice, thick blanket in the chair that I appreciated. He heard my questions, investigated, considered and discussed things with me. He's a very smart fellow, yet he didn't seem to mind explaining, or repeating. He did not allow his staff to stand behind me and speak to him while we were talking. He was fair with his billing also seemed to be personally involved because adjustments were made after my visit and I didn't have to chase a correction. Each of the surgeries I had with him were successful, they were easy for me, I was comfortable, healed fast and am happy with the outcome of each. Also Doc Dteremont and his entire staff were all fully vaccinated very early on and adhered to all Covid protocols throughout. Everything else I've said previously still remains the same and I like these guys even more today . Now I am excited about my recent procedures that included extracted my two front teeth, lower and replacing with something called a Maryland bridge. What it comprises of are the two new teeth, of course, and a rigid backing that permanently affixes to several of the adjacent teeth. It's something I'd never heard of and it's cool because no partial plate or implants but rather a permanent solution without the cost of inconvenience of some sort of prosthetic or surgery. The process involved the teeth extraction and a period of healing. Then I came back for a brisk cleaning and they took a cast of my teeth. The last step was today when Doc cleaned everything up again and afffixed & glued the new teeth into place It's very comfortable, almost not noticeable and I can smile and eat corn on the corn again without leaving a weird row of corn around said cob LOL The entire process cost $2400 which is the price that insurance would have paid. That's a significant reduced price from their listed charges and I appreciate them working with me as my insurance does not cover this at all. Bottom line: Everyone here is just as friendly and professional as can be and I am so glad that I found them. Me & Doc also watched some New England Patriots draft highlights throughout today's event, so bonus :-)

I had just returned home from an extended overseas deployment and only chose this office after verifying before and during my visit that everything would be fully covered by my insurance. The front desk staff were shockingly unprofessional and rude. The dentist was a nice older man but basically looked at my teeth and said "looks good"-- providing little to no value during the visit. They took almost a year to process my claim, wrongly told me I didn't have insurance coverage(I absolutely did), then called back to "apologize" and said I was right, before hitting me with another bill 10 months later. When I went in to resolve it in person, they were dismissive and disrespectful multiple times to myself and the very kind insurance rep who was trying to help them with the claim. No one should ever be treated like this. My insurance provider confirmed they had never even received a claim. This office seems to be stuck in the 70s but by far the worst part is the office staff. Incompetent, disorganized, and flat-out rude--truly one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. Also, for context, I NEVER write negative reviews, I'm a very positive and optimistic person but felt compelled to share this experience to hopefully save someone else the wasted time and frustration this has caused. Starting with every friendly and kind staff member (Victoria at the front desk), the extreme cleanliness of the office, the professionalism and caring of Doctor Sackheim and his assistant Morgan, and the efficiency with which everyone took care of me. Their state-of-the-art equipment eliminated the need for the horrible goopy stuff that goes in your mouth to make an impression (makes me feel like I'm choking). They make their crowns in the office, while you wait, and there is no need to get a temporary crown and return for another long visit. I am SO happy to have met Dr. Sackheim and his staff.
