Avoid at all cost.
This dentist office is a complete disaster from start to finish. I had just returned home from an extended overseas deployment and only chose this office after verifying before and during my visit that everything would be fully covered by my insurance.
The front desk staff were shockingly unprofessional and rude. The dentist was a nice older man but basically looked at my teeth and said "looks good"-- providing little to no value during the visit.
They took almost a year to process my claim, wrongly told me I didn't have insurance coverage(I absolutely did), then called back to "apologize" and said I was right, before hitting me with another bill 10 months later.
When I went in to resolve it in person, they were dismissive and disrespectful multiple times to myself and the very kind insurance rep who was trying to help them with the claim. No one should ever be treated like this.
My insurance provider confirmed they had never even received a claim. This office seems to be stuck in the 70s but by far the worst part is the office staff. Incompetent, disorganized, and flat-out rude--truly one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had.
Also, for context, I NEVER write negative reviews, I'm a very positive and optimistic person but felt compelled to share this experience to hopefully save someone else the wasted time and frustration this has caused.
