When I followed up why my vehicle hadn't been started he told me all vehicles needing service are checked in in the morning and then rack and stacked on priority. I personally have had two terrible experiences with the new owners/their staff and I will NEVER go back (unless Andy and his sister buy it back ;)). All but one lug nut was very loose after my tire change over; one was completely off and rattling around!! I am so grateful this was discovered before my tires came off as my family and I could have been very horribly injured. I gave them another chance, and this time they overtightened my lug nuts with so much torque it warped my rotors. Despite my calls to the owner and a certified letter simply requesting a refund for my tire change over (not even asking for the cost to replace my rotors or the cost to have my trusted mechanic safely install all of the lug nuts to their property torque) they completely ignored my letter and never returned my calls. Terrible customer service! Another lady didn't even make it a block and her tire fell off and she ran over it, which took off her bumper. This is only a very brief summary. Mr. Lube was excellent in years past as I took my vehicle there for 16 years, but ever since the new owners took over, it's gone down hill tremendously! Even the front desk staff is unfriendly and doesn't greet you. For your safety, and your family's, do not take your vehicle to Mr. Lube!! Consider yourself genuinely warned!!
