    I cannot give this business a positive review as I insist on RELIABILITY. The first day I called,…read morethere was no return call. The second day there was a return call late in the day from a female (mother?) stating that her son would come over to review the situation late Friday afternoon or Saturday. I cannot work with or recommend anyone who is undependable and have found someone else who can provide a dependable business experience. I will be calling the business who gave me the referral and let them know that it is risky to recommend anyone to their business. Evidently from other Yelp reviews customers either had positive experience or ones like mine with no reliability. This is disappointing as it is a locally owned business that offers numerous service if you can get them to follow through. I don't have the patience in spite of how kind the female was initially on the phone. If someone is not reliable, I don't want to waste my time with them and would caution others.

They never called me back, I sent them multiple emails and called multiple times. I always got voicemail and I never heard from them again. I liked their name and that they are locally owned. It's a shame. EDIT: The company finally reached out to me to respond to my REVIEW and not any of the work I needed done when I originally reached out to them (that was in early May). The email was hostile and unprofessional, sent at 11:48pm. Had the company reached out to me in a courteous or professional manner, and explained to me what had happened, then I would consider removing or changing my review. While I am sorry to hear about the passing of a family member/team member, it is not an excuse to wish bad karma on someone simply for leaving an honest review. As mentioned in my original review, while we never had SERVICES performed by this company, we still interacted with them on a professional basis. Customer service is apart of business just as much as services are. There is no reason to reach out to someone who left an honest review of their customer service and tell them, "I am so happy we did not continue on to consider you as a client.".

    Sal was extremely professional in sending out their repair person. However, the person who came…read morewas very unfriendly. When I asked him to wear a mask, he refused. When I asked him to check if there was a leak of gas from my furnace, he said everything is in good working condition and there are multiple safety measures to prevent any leak. But when I asked how to be sure there is no leak, he said that is a second step to measure with a meter and it will cost another $89. In any event, I didn't find him to be friendly and helpful to rule out my initial complaint. I did not opt for the second step. No second step for diagnosis was informed by Sal earlier. That said, I guess I must give the business a 5-star rating based on the professional scheduling and followup of the appointment. "One swallow doesn't make a summer' or "one bad day" is not a true reflection of the company. I am changing my rating at Sal's text request personally. It's only changed because I can understand Sal's concern as a businessman. He offered me free service in return but I declined it again. He got me wrong completely. My changed rating is only for the professionalism shown by the reception desk and their follow-up. It is not for the changed picture Ron gave that I asked if Ron wanted me to wear a mask. Who would ask that in one's own house? I was wearing my mask thoughout the encounter. As a 65+ year-old, I must be cautious. I don't need a service person's permission to wear a mask inside my house. Unbelievable. But I thought I must clarify to Sal's reply. Thanks Sal for your prompt response. But, isn't that a courteous way to ask ? - "You might want to wear a mask". He saw I was wearing one and he was entering my residence. Yes, I could have insisted but I think that is rude. Secondly, my complaint was "gas leak" and hence, the request to send someone from your company. I am not disputing any diagnosis. I just placed it before you, so it doesn't happen again.. I don't want any money back either. Service was rendered and I accept your company's policy. However, I thank the reception desk for immediately scheduling the appointment the same day. It was highly professional, including the update they followed up with. I commend you for that. Anyways, thanks for your immediate response. Much appreciated

    What a joke. First I was told I needed a whole new system for 12k. Then it was just the fan motor…read morebut needed a new fan blade to go with it. With that being said the fan blade was completely fine. Once he quoted me 1241 dollars for the same motor that was 165 online I just asked him to stop what he was doing and leave. Needless to say I paid a service charge to have them waste my time and quote me an outrageous price.
