Its a pretty nice little Hotel-located right off the highway, with a Wendy's restaurant within walking distance. There is a casino across the street and a Sheetz down the road. The breakfast was average as always, for a Fairfield Inn. There is a laundry facility with one washer and one dryer, the washer is a $1.50 and the dryer is one dollar which is a bargain these days! There is a pretty nice fitness room that was temperature controlled and nice and cool which overlooks the indoor pool and outdoor seating area which it's also very nice with a grill available. The room was fine again average for a Fairfield Inn. Mostly clean except the cleaning crew doesn't vacuum under the sofa. Room never cooled down middle of May 2025. Bed was ok but it had a very hot topper that made it even harder to cool down. Never temp neutral. Had to sleep on top of the covers. Plus there was a very loud central ac unit that kicked in every 20-30 minutes outside. 3 stars tops expected more for the almost 300 smacker room. Almost slipped and broke my neckbin the super slick bathtub while taking a shower. No texture. Caution when bathing! The room didn't smell clean as others I had been in for less. read more

I selected this Marriott property in large part because of the positive reviews posted online. I was not disappointed. I opted to use mobile check-in. Within two hours prior to arrival, a room was assigned, and the mobile key was ready. I mention this because most properties will not assign a room or activate a mobile key until you arrive and check-in. That process seems to kind of defeat the purpose of the mobile check-in process. The property is easily accessible from the interstate and surrounded by restaurants and shopping opportunities. The hotel common areas were spacious and well-maintained. The staff assigned my room mindful of the room preferences listed in my Marriott profile. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The front desk staff has also left a handwritten note along with some snacks and refreshments. This added personnel touch says a lot about the staff and their willingness to foster a great customer experience. I only encountered a few of the hotel staff members but they were all friendly and assisted me when I had questions or needed assistance. Special shout out to the front desk staff member who assisted me in finding locating the types of restaurants I was looking for in the area. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling to the Washington PA area. I know this is where I will be staying when I am back in this area. read more

Very nice hotel. Had a room with two queen beds. It also had two TV's, a small fridge, microwave, and Keurig in the room. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable to lay on. Like most hotels though the pillows left something to be desired and we're not somewhat thin. The bathroom was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again. read more

The hotel looks nice but if you're traveling for business it's horrible. Internet connection is horrible and management gives you a 800 number to call. They state to send you to a different room but management refuses so you can't work and lose money. Plus website says check out is at 12 pm but if you call for late check out you are refused and told check out is 11am . Manager Diane is horrible for customer service and management. She doesn't kn what hospitality means. Treated horrible by management. all other staff were top notch. Diane is the reason I will stop using Marriot. Internet was upgraded and no one in the building knows nothing about it, except it doesn't work. read more

Awesome hotel and great location. Staff us always on their A game. Rooms are a bit small, but do have a separate sitting area, and nice COMFORTABLE beds. I could sleep 12 hours if I had the time. The toiletries are Bath and Body Works, and the rooms are very clean. If you are ever in the Washington, PA area, make a point to stay here. No the cheapest in the area, but well worth it! My father, 4 children and I loved this hotel. We stayed on our way to Philly (from Indianapolis) on 7/15/17 and again our way home from Philly on 7/20/17. Check in and out was a breeze. Booking on Expedia was easy. Great price, great location, awesome parking. The pool was super nice, not over crowded. We also liked the free breakfast - lots of choices for my kids. Fresh and tasty eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles along with plenty of yogurt, cereal and bread choices. The room was PERFECT for having 4 kids. 2 TVs, a microwave and small fridge. A separate area for my older kids to stay up a little later and watch Sponge Bob or play iPad. I can't express how amazing the room layout is for families at this price point. Bathroom was nice too, well stocked and good sized. Had I not had 4 kids with me, I would have definitely gotten a drink in the evening at the hotel's own little bar. Maybe that was even more of a reason to have a drink haha. Really though - if you are in Washington, PA or there is a Cambria in any city you are traveling to - stay at this hotel!!!!!!!! read more

We were in town for the Pony World Series and had a few choices of hotels to stay in. Pony.org recommended this hotel and so we booked our rooms for 5 days. It was fantastic! The rooms were clean and roomy, they had everything from a microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig, to a couple flat screens and huge bed. There was a great bar with a large area for relaxing with friends. We had several other families and friends over to the hotel for drinks and relaxing and they all commented on how nice it was. The staff was amazing - some of the nicest hotel people we've dealt with. Check in was easy, they accommodated any request and were very helpful recommending restaurants in the area to eat. They also have an indoor pool, spa, and work out room. Our kids, who were playing in the World Series were able to use the spa to relax and recuperate from long games. The hotel is right off the freeway so access to everything was easy. By the end of our stay we had friends (who stayed at other places) say they wished the stayed at the Cambria. I recommend this hotel highly and when we're back in town we are definitely going here. If you're expecting to use the wifi here, don't. The only place it works is in the lobby. Service in the rooms is spotty at best. Also, I can't get cell service in the building at all... but if I go outside I have full bars. Can't manage to turn the A/C off either, and I've called for service every day I've been here. It's clean, nice, conveniently located... the lounge/bar area is good, room service is good, it's just the inconvenience of not being able to use most of my technology that makes me dislike it here... read more

Horrible internet connection and don't ask for late check out even if there was only about 1/4 of the rooms occupied because they have to get them cleaned and you got to be out by 11am pronto. Absolutely stunning. We arrived late into Washington with no reservations and no knowledge about the area. The hotels here ran pretty expensive for a Sunday night just about everywhere was $120 or more. We chose the Cambria largely in part because of its indoor pool and hot tub and because for the same price as some of the dingy hotels nearby were were getting a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Our room was beautiful. Clean, well decorated and thoughtfully laid out. My kids fought over who would get the sofa bed because they viewed it as their own personal bedroom. The pool and hot tub area was probably the best I have ever been too in a chain property. The entire hotel is clean and very well kept. The only drawback was there is no breakfast included, there is a coffee/snack bar you can purchase from if you choose. I have never been a big fan of Choice property hotels but this made a fan out of me. read more

I was prepared to give this hotel a 5 however at approximately 1115pm the loudest alarm went off waking everyone up. We were never told where to go or what we should do. We along with other hotel guests walked around holding our ears looking for an emergency exit for stairs. Surprisingly no one could find it and we became a bit panicked. After walking around a few times we did find it and walked our way outside where most of the guests were roaming and talking about what may or may not be happening. At NO TIME did a hotel guest come to tell us what was going on. After 45 minutes people started wondering back in and I stopped a fireman and asked if it was safe. He said it was a false alarm. Thank goodness but what if this was the real thing! Sad I really liked this hotel as an alternative to the stinky Hyatt but for safety reasons we'll stay somewhere else. read more

Pros: Very nice, very clean hotel. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Lance was the best. They have a van that drives to and from the casino and Tanger outlet. The room is very comfy and I love the shower. The fitness center is nice. Cons: Breakfast is not free and the buffet didn't look like anything special so we went elsewhere. Place is first class. Big room with well insulated walls. You can barely hear children whose parents let them ran the hall. Full couch and work desk for plenty of space to stretch out. But let's face it best parts are microwave and fridge. Nice showers with plenty of hot water. Really great staff. So fat everyone is friendly. This is my third stay at a Cambria. First in Denver, second in Columbus. I now really look forward to checking into hotels on road trips bc I'm never disappointed with the accommodations. We always check the bedbug registry. I have yet to find a bedbug report at any Cambria Suites. Fingers crossed it stays that way. The beds at all three Cambrias have been super comfortable. Shower and water pressure awesome. It's nice to have a separate couch and tv area. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I just spent 2 nights at this awesome hotel. It's definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in, and I love the layout of the rooms. Everything is very modern, the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very accommodating from start to finish. I didn't ever have the breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but I did spend 2 nights at the bar and I'll tell ya the beers are super cold and not over priced. I ate at the bar and had a fantastic rueben, which was worth every penny. I'd say the price of the room is consistent with other hotels in the area but I'd definitely choose this one again. I've read a couple of other reviews and I just didn't see any of those problems. Btw, the wifi wasn't weak anywhere that I went. You do start to lose it once in the parking lot, but that's to be expected anywhere there's free wifi. Also, I didn't see any children running wild anywhere. read more

Rooms are spacious, but the a/c is a window type unit that blows directly on the foot of the bed which happens to be the only space to place our little girls pack n play. Seriously, this room is unbelievable! From the modern art and architecture adorning the walls to the bathroom straight out of HGTV, this is the nicest room I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff is kind and willing to help and work with you to accommodate your schedule, and the amenities are above and beyond what I'm used to even with suites and especially all standard hotel rooms. Even the little things, like the usual plastic hotel cups being replaced by gorgeous coffee mugs stand out and make a difference. The room is home to two televisions, a beautiful office area, a luxurious bathroom and a bed that is so comfortable I had to pry myself out of it. I could not recommend this room more! read more

I have a mix opinion of this hotel. The Good: Room was very nice. I had a double twin room. Beds were comfortable; room was quiet and clean. I guess you could say it was a two-room suite. The living room had a couch, chair, desk, fridge, TV and coffee area. It wasn't huge, but it more than served the purpose. The Mediocre: They offer a free "cold" breakfast from 0600-0900. I can't tell you how it was because we got downstairs breakfast was over. The reason? They have a sign posted in the elevators that states breakfast is served from 0600-1100. This is true only when you order a la carte. As I said, the free breakfast ends at 0900. That is also posted, but easy for a dummy like me to miss it. The BAD: I booked the room through Hotels.com about 10 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived to check in, they had no record of me. They asked me if I had an email confirmation from Hotel.com, which I did, and I showed them. They then went into the back room for about 7-10 minutes. They came back and told me they finally found my information on Expedia.com. They said they found my reservation and they saw that I had prepaid. I said "Great! Can I get my key?" They said "No!" Although they had the documentation that I had reserved AND PAID for the room, they said they wouldn't give me the key until they got a separate confirmation email from Expedia. I was extremely tired and asked again, but they still made me wait. (I'm assuming Expedia must be the parent company of Hotels.com.) - Anyway, it took at least another 10 minutes for them to get the second confirmation. We ended up waiting in the lobby for at least 20 minutes even though they had proof that we paid. They could easily have given me the key so I could have gone to my room while they waited for the 2nd confirmation. It was totally unnecessary to make us wait in the lobby. Bottom line is I would stay there again. The room was nice. The breakfast was minimal. Just save yourself some time and make sure you verify that they have your reservation BEFORE you arrive. read more

This is such a nice hotel that it is hard to believe how clean, modern, nicely decorated and high grade it is for the price. I have spent more on rooms elsewhere with much less quality. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We rented a suite and the room was so large we were even able to have an extra cot fit in Room for our sixth person with plenty of walking space left over. Customer Service Absolutely terrible, and that was management, I think they have a motto; If there's a problem it's your fault. When I had a question about my bill I went to the front desk and was standing in line when another guest was explaining how she was treated extremely rude by the bar tender (so she says I was not there so cannot say whether or not she was) however the manager whose name was Doug told her he usually hears good things and it must have been her fault; WOW I couldn't believe he actually said that. Now it's my turn, I had received a coupon from the casino for a room. When I called to book the room I explained the coupon I had and was told the room was booked at a rate of $0 and all charges were covered and then they took a credit card to hold my room. When I checked in, my card was charged which was just for room damages, until I received a bill under my door the next morning. I went to talk to the manager and was told that my coupon was not for a free room. But wait, it was his staff that told me the room was free, and this was after I read the coupon verbatim when booking my room. I was told that the casino gives out different types of coupons and that whoever took my reservation must have made a mistake. I replied "that's ok people make mistakes, If you could go back and listen to the recording to rectify your mistake" I pulled the date and time I called from my phone. I was told they don't record phone calls and that it was my problem. Not even an apology or an attempt to make things right. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely, I will never stay at this hotel again. I have stayed at two other hotels in the area and they will get my business from now on. Cleanliness Let's start by saying this place was not dirty, however it wasn't the cleanest hotel I have every stayed in. When taking a shower there were things floating in the water as though it had never been cleaned. The vacuuming was done pretty poorly, when doing the double check to make sure I didn't leave anything behind, there were rocks and popcorn that looked to be pushed under the bed as though when vacuuming they didn't fit and were just pushed under the bed. Other than that the rest of the room was acceptable. Room The room came with a fridge and a microwave which was very nice, not many hotels have both anymore. The bed was a nice king sized bed and was pretty comfortable, it was crammed into a little nook. You need to almost jump into the bed. Our suite had another room that had a loveseat in it. The room was organized pretty awkwardly, but decent size for two people. Breakfast At a price of $12, it was a total rip off, if I didn't have a free coupon from the casino, I would have been extremely upset. They had the usual hash browns, two kind of eggs, sausage, bacon which looked way under cooked, french toast which was hard as a rock I could barely cut through it with a knife. There was an omelet bar, but either you had to make it yourself or the cook took a 45 min break. I kept going back thinking there must be something eatable in here, I eventually found the biscuits, the only think I could take two bites out of. Conclusion, I left hungry. Ride to the Casino They offered a free shuttle until 2:00 am, this was a nice feature and the driver was extremely friendly. read more

This hotel was ok. It was pricier than other hotels I've stayed at and were not nearly as nice. The wifi is horrible and they don't even offer a breakfast with your stay unless you want to pay $15 for a buffet that's horrible cafeteria type food. Worst of all, we stayed for 2 nights and they didn't even tell me that they "charge extra" on your card when you arrive incase you order something such as room service. So my initial charge was $332 but my total for 2 nights actually came to $281 and I was under the impression that they would credit me back the difference... What they did instead was in addition charge me for the $281 so currently pending in my account is a total of about $615 just for a two nights stay at nothing Special hotel. The least the could have done was tell me this upon arrival bc before I left my hometown I took out cash from the ATM to pay for my room in full when I checked out, and now I have no idea of and when I will see the additional $332 they charged my account. I would have put this on a credit card if I would have known. read more
