10/10 - A Truly Cleansing Experience - Mind, Body, and Spirit!…read more I honestly never thought I'd be raving about a hydrotherapy colonoscopy, but here I am -- shouting it from the (cleansed) rooftops! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with the warmth and kindness of an angel disguised as a professional: Miss Marie. She is an absolute GEM. Sweet, welcoming, and the epitome of professionalism, Miss Marie instantly made me feel at ease. Her energy is so calming and reassuring, you'd think she was sent from a spa in heaven. She walked me through the entire process with such grace and clarity -- no question was too silly, and no detail was spared. Now, let's talk about the procedure area. Immaculate doesn't even begin to cover it. The space was spotless, cozy, and surprisingly luxurious. It felt more like a high-end wellness retreat than a medical appointment. Soft lighting, soothing scents, and everything meticulously clean and ready. I felt like royalty walking into a palace of purification. And the procedure itself? LIFE-CHANGING. I walked out of there feeling like I had just shed a lifetime of toxins -- physically lighter, mentally clearer, and spiritually reborn. I've never felt so cleansed in my entire life. If inner peace had a physical feeling, this would be it. Miss Marie, thank you for turning something I was nervous about into a genuinely uplifting and empowering experience. You're a miracle worker with the heart of gold and the hands of a healing goddess. I'll be back -- and next time, I'm bringing friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you're even thinking about it -- DO IT. Your colon (and soul) will thank you.

I had a GREAT day!…read more We came on a Tuesday during the week and I loved it! It was relaxing and not overly busy, but did get busier as the day went, but it still wasn't overly crowded. We hung out there from noon to 8PM, so yes, we spent most of the day there and didn't even feel the need for any spa treatments! I loved that they supplied slippers and you could walk around with slippers instead of running around barefoot to everywhere. I would have given it five stars if it weren't for some of the jets not working, the temperature in some of the pools not matching the water temperature, the sauna rooms not hot enough, and the small menu of food options. But I did love that they had a media room to relax and watch TV, have an amazing pool upstairs which was the most crowded of all the places, and different places to just relax. So I was definitely relaxed! We enjoyed the main level pool the most and I loved that they served alcohol! So we had the option for drink or two. There were no kids either! So I would say this is a perfect getaway for adults for a one day trip!

From the moment we walked through the locker room we noticed hair, grit and grime on the floors. My locker had hair and trash inside; when I brought this to one of the three attendants I was ignored and forced to use my cousins wipes to remove the hair and other dirt before securing my things. This already had me turned off for the price tag of $160 on a Friday at 10am. The next thing that I noticed was that there were three bars/beverage counters but only the one on the rooftop served alcohol; this was an inconvenience. We migrated through the rooms but due to loud talking and the limited number of rooms it was over crowded and I worried about sanitation. One thing I can say about the other spas I mentioned is that people are constantly walking throughout cleaning. During my visit the only cleaning we witnessed were of the surrounding indoor pools. Even the locker rooms were not being cleaned continuously. I can see the appeal of this place as it is a place for those who wish to feel like they are on vacation without actually going on one but as a traveler I would prefer to travel and be served. Service was not top tier here as we were not offered a reusable tote during our stay until we mentioned this to a wonderful employee named Arien. Arien was the only employee that was there to meet the needs of the customer. At the bar each drink was $18-$30. One of my friends whose drink of choice was mimosas asked to just purchase a bottle of orange juice and a bottle of brut and was told their is a three drink maximum. This further implies that they are used to serving a more immature, young crowd that need to be not only policed but parented. We ended up cutting our day short and making a Trader Joes run followed by a nice dinner at Red Stone. I have no desire to return. And the final kicker was as we were leaving they requested the totes back...EWWWWWYUCKKKK how are you cleaning these totes, this is unsanitary and for $160 you really should be able to spare a tote for every patron that walks through the door. We have decided to continue our journey of resorts but this one is by far at the bottom when you think of the korean spa concept.

They recommended ozone treatments. A pint of blood was drawn, ozone gas was injected into her blood, and it was fed back into her arm with an IV. We were in a desperate situation - and even though ozone treatment has almost no scientific basis, and the FDA says it has "no known useful medical application", we agreed to proceed. This happened for every week for 3 months, at nearly $1000 per week. At the end of the three months, there was no improvement. We called, and expressed our concerns. We were told that "now the real treatment can begin." What was the 3 months of ozone treatment for? They recommended a new treatment of IV antibiotics, at a cost of $20,000 per month. When we expressed shock at the cost, they said, "it's only money...and it doesn't matter which treatment you pick, just go with one." We stopped going to them after this phone call. They clearly did not care about anything except charging us as much money as possible. We finally discovered that she was suffering from a tooth infection and had been living with sepsis. She did not have EBV. She did not have Lyme. Indigo completely misdiagnosed her, and she almost died because of it. She had weeks to live before an amazing dentist did a 3D scan and found the infection. She had two molars pulled, and her health improved immediately. Indigio peddles pseudoscience and preys on the desperate. AVOID these charlatans at all costs. Going there may kill you.

This was my first time doing physical therapy every and didn't know what to expect. PT Solutions Tysons was so bad, that I couldn't wait to get checked out at Inova. I had a sciatic nerve injury on my left side, which was hindering my basic ability to walk, sleep, and sit. My first consultation was with Arturo, and he gave me dedicated 1:1 time, that I never got at PT Tysons. He asked me several questions, gave me some exercises, and was so knowledgeable. The best thing about this place is that they give you 1:1 time with the physical therapist, and I love that. Its not just about giving you some exercises, while they look at other patients. They are with you, even when you are doing the exercises. Within two weeks of therapy, Arturo realized that I was not getting better, and that the issue is not the hip but my back. Within a month of therapy, my pain was reduced by 40%. I loved that they tried different solutions on me, sometimes with deep massages, sometimes with exercises, and sometimes with machines. I started therapy with Inova Physical Therapy in June 2024, and I am already 80% better. I have stuck with one therapist only, and that has worked for me. The only downside is getting appointments. This place is so popular that getting appointments with the therapist of your choice can be very hard. So book ahead. Like any other medical facility, it all depends on who your doctor/therapist is. A bad therapist can make the injury worse. I can vouch for Arturo and this place for physical therapy after my terrible experience at another location. The medical experts here are very knowledgeable and very attentive. I've only worked with Arturo, and he is fabulous.

The check-in and retail area is bright and well-curated. Kinh was the attendant and she was wonderful. I checked in and then went into the tea lounge for relaxation. Kinh then took myself and another guest to the spa area. The spa amenities are downstairs, but treatment rooms are both upstairs and downstairs. The elevator is located in the main hotel so if you need to use it, you must leave the spa. The locker room is fine. There are a few showers, plus some vanities and toiletries. There is not a swimsuit spinner and there should be one. What is really nice about this spa is the vitality pool. For amenities, they have a steam room, sauna, vitality pool, and relaxation lounge. The vitality pool is the biggest part of a spa experience for me, and many spas in this area do not offer that. The one here is sparkling clean and warm. And I went early enough that I had it to myself, which was even better. Sauna and steam room were lovely and I appreciate the eucalyptus cooling towels. The relaxation lounge is great. The snacks are not. The offerings are fresh fruit, pretzels, mixed nuts, and wasabi peas, along with spa water and two types of tea. The pretzels were stale. I recommend a snack mix, a trail mix, and maybe something sweet along with fruit and beverages. I've had much better spa snacks. I inadvertently booked a facial without extractions, which is honestly pointless. However, it was very relaxing, and I did feel myself starting to fall asleep a few times, and since I was visiting for relaxation, I didn't mind. I would never book it again though and my skin didn't look all that great after. The spa lacks the elegance and ritual that was included when it was Mandarin Oriental. I was really trying not to compare, but it's hard. Even arrival was a downgraded experience because none of the doormen assisted with exiting the car (same upon leaving). The website is atrocious and they should be embarrassed by it. Still, I'd return for a treatment that I was really looking forward and has value, with hopes that some improvements have been made.

The help I have received at Hope Floats for well over a year now has allowed me to maintain a pain-free lifestyle that is only becoming more and more active; however, the physical therapy of floating, along with consistent infrared, full-spectrum sauna, is not even the most important reason I return to Hope Floats. I can meditate when I once never could. In the tank, I have reached states of meditation in which, deprived of any light source within the tank, I see light of variegated tones--most often and most consistency of the purple and white variety. Now, I have wanted to believe others when they told me about their experience with meditation and have listened when they described the transcendental states experienced during such meditation, but I couldn't without experience of my own, which I've found in the floatation therapy offered by the lovely folks at Hope Floats. Lastly, I would not write anything resembling the above review were it not based on 100% lived-experience and seek soothing recovery at Hope Floats. -- Mike K
