To say I was disappointed the MOST about having to stop coming here bc of COVID is an understatement, I'm SOO happy they're up and running! I'll admit I was anxious coming back here after four grueling months, but it was well worth the risk. They are doing APPOINTMENT only booking, you book online at their website. The ladies were all geared up for safety and everything from entering the door, to exiting was immensely clean. They had hand sanitizer available to enter near the door, check you w a contactless temperature gun, and provide full CONTACTLESS service Despite having a full get up of safety on, Saku's goddess like hands did her usual magic and I was soooo happy with my eyebrows. I HIGHLY recommend going back post-COVID. And to my loyal readers(whoever can afford it) please remember to tip GENEROUSLY. My appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure with Tina was at 1pm, and I got there a few minutes early. We picked out polishes and then started the pedicure before moving on to the manicure. I was there for about 100 minutes total (some of the reviews said three hours, so I was relieved). Tina is METICULOUS and so nice. She has been doing nails for 30 years, and it shows! She was able to recommend what would look best, my cuticles look amazing, and the pedicure didn't even tickle me like it normally does. I paid $70 for both, and tips are cash only. This is not the place for an upscale, pampering spa day--it could use some updating, instruments didn't come in sterilized peel packs, etc.--but the price is right for a standard and high-quality mani/pedi.

I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. I was finally able to have a call back from these folks and was able to book an appointment. The establishment is clean and the staff were friendly. We received a 60 minute massage. The massage was 'okay'. It felt like someone just rubbing oil on you. The pressure was kind of weak. I felt awkward bringing it up more than once. After we redeemed our gift card, there was an issue with gratuity. When we were gifted this a few years back, our friends mentioned they had added 20% tip. I believe the price of the massage went up, which makes sense. However, the front desk person made it seem like prices haven't changed and it was odd that the tip was so little. It would have been nice if they were just honest with why the top was much less now, which is probably because the price of the massage went up. I would probably check out another place.
