This is my 5 th vehicle i have had serviced here and have the others serviced regular as well. The people are great and Staff is on point. as far as previous one star reviews well maybe you should try a little respect and understanding even ive had a couple of issues that came up but a call and explain the issue they was always understanding and asked to come back and corrected any issues with no problems. Whether he recorded them or not I can not say, but the issue with the coolant not staying in the reservoir was definitely mentioned the FIRST time I left the car, not to mention it took me a month to get it back. I picked the car up only to have the engine light come back on not even a mile up the road. Yes, there was an issue with dropping the car back off because I had already dropped my other car off at shop prior to picking up the Jeep that I thought was ready. We asked for an option of a loaner car and Blake was supposed to get back with us to let us know if that was an option. Never got a return call. I spoke with the Service Manager as my husband was on a call. He stated that we had driven the car another 90K miles prior to returning the car for further diagnostics. Not true! It was merely two weeks, and I live in Covington TN. Yes, I declined to service a second time because of the fact that I paid 3,800. some odd dollars the first go around I can not foresee myself doing it again. Then to know that they found that there was another $7000 issue with my truck after returning it to me. It would have been well appreciated if I had the opportunity to make a huge financial decision on the front end. Who has money to just throw away?
