I have personally worked with Gustavo on a multitude of such occasions where when I'm a in rut without a doubt I would always phone him. His kindness alongside professionalism is always appreciated and never the less, and he always goes above and beyond at his job and sincerely cares and puts effort in taking care of not only my vehicles but also my friends and family's vehicles alongside his other clients he's always been very kind and supportive in circumstances where I freak out at times during summer I had a friend come from Wisconsin a Manuel Subaru, unfortunately, she blew the engine on the highway due to her lack of knowledge of how to properly drive a stick shift, we were alongside a busy highway and Gustavo was able to get us out of the situation very fast he was very understanding and he got a driver to come and get us within less than 20 minutes! Talk about quick and efficient, another occasion was with a catfish Camaro I had, it was a project car and I initially had it sitting and I decided to drive on it briefly eyeing the tires. I drove on a flat tire after paying respects at a cemetery and couldn't make it home due to my rim scraping alongside the tire completely demolished and I had to get my car towed his brother was very caring as they initially thought someone broke into the car (it was a project car) they quickly and efficiently called me to let me know my door was opened. On another occasion, I had to get a BMW towed and Gustavo was able to do it in a very precise timely manner alongside with delicacy and care! Foreign cars are a hassle so the careful delicacy of being in the automotive industry at times I find myself helping others more with their vehicles by providing potential clients with Limitless towing services alongside friends and family, I recently sold another Camaro of mine and was able to provide the new owner Gustavo's services with Limitless towing, I would never give out recommendations to anyone unless I knew for a fact that they would be able to go above and beyond and provide excellent care and service, I've also junked a Nissan Murano with them so whenever someone asks me about a towing, junk yard removal, lockout service, I always send my best wishes to Gustavo and his family! The quick efficiency, professionalism, kindness, and care, always go above and beyond and always exceed my high standards. Today I got a Nissan towed alongside my BMW Gustavo was quick efficient and friendly as always, and I have never encountered a negative experience with Gustavo and his company. He always maintains the vehicles with care, I've never personally or my friends or family ever reported any diligence along any sort of disrespect. For me, this is the best towing company I've encountered ( trust me I've encountered a lot) you will never have to worry about this company's commitment to providing great efficient reliable services. They do tire changes alongside, lockout services, I'm always impressed and satisfied with every outcome on behalf of myself, my friends, and my family. Because part of my suspension was damaged and my car is especially low, I couldn't be loaded onto the back of the bed without damaging the car. Instead of being all gung ho and just putting it on the bed anyways -- though he took care in his attempt, even putting a cloth underneath the bumper so it wouldn't rub against the tow hook arm -- he realized it wouldn't work, so he took care of it another way, before it got close to damaging the car, and got me home promptly. Price was reasonable, he was very friendly, and he took his time, which really mattered to me. I care about my car and felt like he did too.

I…read morehave progressive insurance and called them yesterday at 4:30 pm and they told me they would let me know they could have someone there. I have towing insurance and would expect them to help me. They did not. I waited with my car for 4 hours and then told them I would leave the keys in the car and got a ride home. They called me at 11:47pm and told me they had a towing company and it would be be at my car today between 7 and 9 am. I waited. Also I got a text to confirm that. 10:15 I called them back and they said sorry we don't have anybody, your better off calling a towing company on your own. I called area Dupage towing and they could not be nicer first on the phone and the girl said I will get somebody out there as soon as we can we of course are backed up.but it will be today. I paid her over the again out of my own pocket when I have insurance that should have taken care of me. At 12:33pm i got a call that my flat was fixed and I could pick up my car. I am ever so grateful for this towing company. I will fight this case with Progressive ins. They should hire more towing companies then spending so much money on commercials.
