Super friendly staff who gave us the "run down" of the menu! As first time patrons that was a big help!! My wife has some food allergies, so it was super exciting for her that they have dairy free options! We went with the Boy Scout, watermelon paleta, and a brotein so good! Thank you to the entire Fahrenheit 32 Team for a great experience!

Rolled ice cream is a yummy and unique experience, but not one I want to wait over an hour for. I know it takes time and a lot of work, but it was a little disappointing that there were two people " working" (really just one) and one person behind us, yet the person behind us was served first. Just really disappointed in the experience. The ice cream itself was pretty good. I got an Oreo base with cherries mixed in, topped with la leche. I appreciate that you can customize your ice cream with so many options. Still worth checking out if you're interested and hopefully you'll have a better experience!

Oh Em Gee. I think I'm in love. I could just leave it at that but as a Yelper, I should explain the reasons for my affection, right?! Well let's see. Great location. Great service. Amazing ice cream. And fun experience. I chose the Gotcha Matcha. Love at first taste! My girlfriend chose the YOLO. She looks at me and says "You always find the coolest places!" (That means she loved it too) I must say that I don't eat ice cream very often because it doesn't leaving me feeling very well a little while later. But I must say that this ice cream is definitely worth any discomfort felt later if ya catch my meaning . Will DEFINITELY be back! You must try it at least once in your life!

Pretty good spot. The rolled ice cream is a cute concept. I like that you can watch them make the orders and kids really seem to enjoy watching them spread and roll the ice cream. Don't let the two sized cups confuse you. There is only one size available: 4 rolls. The cup sizes are w/waffle and w/o waffle. As a non-ice cream eater, I liked the ice cream. It wasn't too heavy and I didn't get a stomach ache afterwards. I don't recall seeing a sorbet or non-dairy option. They only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the size of the location. Midday when most are at work was still a crowded day. There aren't many places to sit and enjoy vs just hanging around waiting for your order. The wait can be an issue too. Everything is made to order so on crowded days you could wait 30mins for your order. It's still a cute novelty concession shop. I'm glad they brought something fun to the Eastside.

Fahrenheit 32 Ice Cream: So we ordered a variety of homemade hand rolled ice cream, to include YOLO (cookies & cream), Boys Scout (vanilla, graham crackers, teddy grahams, chocolate syrup and roasted marshmallow) and Mint 4 Each other (Mint chocolate chip, thin mints and whipped cream). If you don't like the flavors above, you can also create your own or have others to choose from. The crazy thing is that it was almost $24 bucks for the four flavors we got. ‍ Service: They need some heavy work in this department. The cashier had zero customer service skills and we had to wait 15 minutes to get our ice cream. Environment: Maybe it's the old guy in me but they need to work on their music. They were playing LOUD club style music. It's not suitable for kids, as some of the music had language not appropriate for kids (we were with our 12 year old niece). Not cool! Overall: out of 5. We recommend the ice cream just not the establishment as a whole. It is a bit expensive for ice cream. It's a different experience, as you watch your ice cream being made from scratch. You be the final judge.

Me and my wife would wanting dessert after dinner and she mentioned this place. When she explained what this place was I definitely had no clue what I was getting into. Reading the reviews, I was thinking this would be a bad idea. I was wrong. First, we went on a Saturday night around 6pm. Thinking it was gonna be busy I thought the wait time would be long. The seats were kind of filled up, 3 families in front of me. I only waited about 12 minutes from the time the money transaction was completed to the moment my name was called out to receive my cup. (I really did time this visit). Not bad timing in my opinion. I got the Boy Scout. It was topped with Teddy Grahams, roasted marshmallow and chocolate syrup. For me, that was a perfect combination. One con would be the gummy texture of the ice cream itself. Not a fan favorite. I was trying to figure out if it was just the way it is or the process in which the ice cream is made when ordered. Another con would be the cleaniness of the shop. It really wasn't that busy and they had someone going around wiping off tables which was a plus but the same female wiped off the front door window a few times ignoring the fact that the napkins needed refilling. After about 10 min my wife asked about the napkins because we needed some and so did other people we noticed and was told someone was working on it. Another 5 minutes passed and finally it was done. Overall I would come back for a little dessert but some things do need to be addressed and worked on.

Came to Fahrenheit after halo halo. This place has a very hipster vibe and the service was very good. I got the matcha and my boyfriend got the YOLO. THE ice cream was pretty good. Kinda pricy for ice cream but the atmosphere and service makes up for it

We love rolled ice cream! This was our first experience with rolled ice cream and it did not disappoint. The workers could have been happier/more upbeat, but the visit was still good none the less. This is our favorite rolled ice cream place.

The first time we came here was a monday, it was not busy and we received our ice cream really fast. The staff was nice and did a good job. The ice cream is definitely good and special. When we went back on Saturday there was a ridiculous wait time. Waiting more than 30 minutes for ice cream is not gonna happen.

I got the Gotcha Matcha, basically a matcha ice cream. It was very nice. The restaurant is clean and service was fast.

My first time here and I must say they have the best ice cream. You have the option to create your own ice cream and you get to watch while they make it. The only problem I had was it was really crowded and very long wait. Other than, great spot and amazing ice cream. Also, you can add as many toppings as you like for no additional cost. Ice cream is not my favorite thing, but I must say I really loved this one. Will definitely recommend.

Mangoneada without Tajin, chamoy, and tamarindo stick. Instead has some coconut piece and mango chunks.

Good ice cream! But wait time is really long. Sometimes they're machines don't work or not enough employees.

This place has the most unique ice cream flavors in El Paso. Watching the artists create the flavors is an experience.

We weren't sure what to expect driving up to it for the first time given that it is located in a shopping center. Inside isn't super big so if you're coming and it's busy be aware that there are 5-6 2-seaters (can probably be pushed together) and a couple 4 to 6-seaters. We came in at about 7:45 in the morning on a Thursday and were the only ones inside at the time. As time went on more people ended up showing up and taking tables. I ordered an "Iced Pistachio Latte"--not a big fan of the metallic straws, but thankfully they had regular straws available. The latte was good, but not great in my personal opinion. It was creamy and sweet but something was lacking. Loved the cup it came in, going with the Halloween vibe. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in EP, and I definitely recommend this spot!!
