I have very mixed feelings about F32. On one hand...the hand smeared and rolled ice cream creations are very beautiful to look at and even tastier when eaten! On the other hand...it takes an exorbitant amount of time to craft one of these frozen wonders. I understand that there are several "smear stations" for workers to utilize, but you only have so many employees working at any given time to really crank out these confections. The sign does say "artisanal ice cream", and there is definitely art involved. What is not involved is my patience. I really don't get the hype. Maybe that's what justifies the price for other people, the experience. I tried both locations and still didn't feel like the price/wait was worth it. The flavors I have tried are fine, not amazing in my opinion. I won't go back. I'd rather spend $6 on an ice cream tub. This was our first time visiting. The customer service was HORRIBLE. We let the young guy know it was our first time hoping he'd give us recommendations when we asked about flavors. He seemed distracted by something else because my husband asked him questions about flavors and his response had nothing to do with what was asked. It was obvious he was in a rush. The place was not full, there were 3 employees. There were maybe about 2 orders in front of ours. A couple came in, were greeted with an "it'll be about a 10-15 min wait." The couple sat down but walked out after a few min. The orders were not given out in order. It seemed like they were done randomly or as they remembered. Definitely need better management there to make sure everyone is given the best customer service, the orders are being served accordingly and not make anyone's first experience there as bad as ours was. read more

Went on a Thursday around 2p . The staff doesn't seem too happy working there. For a fresh dessert place where people can hang out...the staff doesn't seem too welcoming. Plus they were out of HK style waffle (Eggettes). He explained they usually sell out pretty quickly. Usually*** means it happens quite often. (So why don't they make more) They were also out of Honey dew flavor. Since they just opened I really hope they can get it together soon. Summer is coming. We expected to find an ice cream shop similar to Cold stone but it's not. Very different in an awesome way. My kids got chocolate mint ice cream and regular chocolate. I got something called Girl Scout or something like that. They make the ice cream on top of these drums then they top it off with your favorite toppings. It is not served in scoops rather in rolls. This is a great thing to experience, but sadly the price means it won't be a regular thing. I love the unique flavor options, I had the Purple Haze with taro icecream, and it was delicious! I definitely recommend the egg waffle, it pairs very well with icecream. By recommendation of previous reviews, I went on a weekday evening, and there was still a decent wait. I can't imagine what it looks like on the weekends. I'll be trying the Black Magic next time! read more

If I could improve one thing it would be to speed up the waiting process because it is a small building and you begin to feel claustrophobic as more and more people come in. Fahrenheit 32 is a great ice cream shop with very few selections but with a creative mind you can make whatever your heart desires and add as money toppings you want with only just 6$! They offer other items such as an egg waffle and fuzzy drinks. I haven't tried them out myself but just letting everyone know what they got. I was excited to try this place, but when I walked in the door I was immediately disappointed. The place looked really unprofessional as the menu had been written on with markers with Xs crossing things out they no longer had, and they had paper taped over menu with writing "sold out" for many items. I ordered the yolo and the worker stated they didn't have whipped cream that item. They didn't have a lot of things, but at least they did have a spoon. Went back to let my husband try the ice cream with my kids and I. Pulled up and could see the place was busy. Placed our order and looked for a section of wall to lean against as it seemed there was standing room only and were told we had about a 30 minute wait. As we stood there waiting, a song came blaring over the speakers and in the 15 seconds I listened, I'm sure I heard the F-word at least 6 times. Now I know that doesn't always bother everyone, but it bothers me and I'm really not interested in having my 4 year old and 18 month old listen to music like that. So I had my husband shuffle the kids outside to wait and went and asked the girl at the counter if it would be possible to put on some music that was edited. She told me she'd go ask and I followed my husband outside to wait. About 20 minutes later, I walked in to check how much longer it would be and noticed they had changed the music. I also noticed we were only about halfway through the line for our ice cream to be made. While I did enjoy the ice cream the first time, the music experience was off-putting and I wasn't really in the mood to wait that much longer for ice cream, especially given that there are probably 5 ice cream stores in a 5 mile radius of that location, so I cancelled our order. As a sidenote. I did send this store a message on FB describing the music situation and was told that they use pandora and sometimes the employees playlists sync with the store account and it "just plays their lists" but that they would look over their lists because they want it to be age appropriate. read more

Decided to try this place out, husband and I went in around 10pm. We did not leave until 10:50pm. 10:50!! That was just us waiting to have our ice cream served. There was easily about 12 associates, all whom were just talking and being on their phones. There was 2 girls that were actually making the ice cream. The ice cream is out of this world! Fahrenheit 32 has unique and different flavors such as taro, black sesame seed and even ube(purple yam). I ordered ube ice cream with sprinkles and it's my new favorite flavor! It takes a few minutes for them to roll out the ice cream but it's totally worth it!!! I was surprised to see this place had such a low star rating. We tried it on a Saturday night. Not too crazy of a wait. Kind of annoying that there were so few seats, but it was so delicious I couldn't even be mad. It's pricey, but gourmet ice cream usually is. We got the Mint to be and the Very Berry(whatever the strawberry one is called). Only change we made was to add chocolate sauce and mochi to both. Delicious! And good sized portions. This was our first time coming here and I was super excited . The staff told me right away about the wait time but the way she said it was totally unprofessional. I spelled my name out and she still messed up my name. Found a seat but the music was so loud that I couldn't here them calling my name . My husband looked down on the floor and it was dirty, when people left the place no one came to clean the table. I was kinda wondering who the manager was but the was a bunch of young employees that seemed like they really didn't care about their their job. One of the lady at the register kept in messing with the hair ( why are no hairnets on the heads ) and then later on made ice cream ( hopefully she washed her hands ) overall the ice cream was amazing but they have to work on a lot of other things to keep this business pleasant . Ohh and one employee was like"she keeps on looking at me " duhhh if you make ice cream in front of people, of course they will watch you , if you can't handle that then maybe it's the wrong place to work at. I worked at food service and know what suppose to be done. Hopefully corporate or management reads this and make some serious changes.
