It was the weekend and they don't work on the weekend or take calls or messages. I got my neighbor to help me. Then I was out of town for the next two Fridays. They never came back. My pool was not serviced for two weeks. Apparently I was canceled but no one notified me. I called them and no one answered the phone. I left messages and no one responded. I need a reliable service. Do not hire these people.

We emailed three times, left voice messages three times and heard nothing back. Finally, after we'd already been charged for the invisible technician, we got a text saying it had been done. The "proof" they said was an email in which they claimed to have done it. They couldn't figure out which day they'd done it. They showed "before and after" pictures that could have been taken anytime, but since we are retired and spend our time in the room that overlooks the pool, we can safely attest they didn't come on the days they charged us. Not a knock on the door ever. We are interviewing other services. ​

He cleaned it up to sparkling blue within a week. He was very polite, friendly and efficient. I certainly would highly recommend him to anyone for cleaning a green pool. I have engaged his for biweekly cleaning. I thought his price for the cleaning was a bit high, but considering I could get no one else to clean I was grateful.
