They take very few weights to balance and do not scratch or chip easily. The price point is very good and We've bought about 5 sets so far. Just placed an order with this company and had an online conversation with Jason about my order being locally picked and not shipped before the order was placed. I called Monday morning about my order to see if its ready for pick up. After talking to the person that answered the phone all he has to say is my bad I shipped them even though the invoice says local pickup and their attitude is the "oh well" and no care for the customer to make it right. Can only speak for my own experience but their customer service was awesome. Submitted a quote request on their website and got a response the next day. All follow up emails were answered within 24 hours and the payment process was simple through Paypal. I purchased my wheels two weeks in advance and asked that they be shipped at a later date. Wheels/tires were shipped on the day they said would ship and I got them on time. They arrived mounted/balanced with no damage and have had no issues after having them on for about 1k miles. They were over the recommended inflation for my vehicle but no big deal as all vehicles vary. Just double check when you get them. I worked with Jason mostly and he was super responsive. By far the worse experience in buying wheels for a vehicle. I get sent the wrong wheels after going over the order twice on the phone. Took days to get prepaid shipping tags to send the wheels back. Saleman couldnt email them so stuck waiting to get them faxed. Was promised my wheels were being sent out right away and days later told it would be 4 weeks. Wish I had seen Oscar P.'s review prior to placing my order, would have saved me $$$ and lots of frustration. So the story goes, placed an order for four wheels, very specific about the sizes and offsets I required for my car, which has been modified from stock. FR sent me the wrong size offset for two of the wheels and won't accept responsibility for it because their salesman had a notepad with the wrong size written on it - that absolves them of responsibility? They didn't send out a confirming email or an itemized invoice prior to shipping or after, until I asked for it. I paid for expedited shipping and they want me to pay to ship the wheels back. Needless to say, the California BBB has been contacted and I have contacted my CC to put a dispute claim in. Lesson learned - never again! read more
