Moreover we just didn't use this mode for a good portion of our travels. We made some calls to sell it on consignment. Ultimately we found camping world presented a fair option. We arranged a price over the phone that was subject to onsite inspection. Seemed reasonable enough. We knew our rig was in top condition. Upon arrival we met up with our consignment representative . She was amazing! Kind , friendly and so helpful. After a lengthy inspection we sat down to hash out details. This is where things got from poor at Roseville location to supreme here in Vacaville. Thank you so much Sherri! We picked it up the right and took it to camping world in Vacaville. Upon arrival it was the most pleasant experience. They took a look at our RV and were extremely happy to be able to consign it. The inspection went well. They told us it would be on the lot the next day at the higher price. We were beyond happy the RV sold at an acceptable price the very next day. Beautiful outcome!

So I found this place as my nearest RV /store. Store that I'm never coming back again. I went there after work with my work boots and my black pants that it had some dust here and there. So as soon as i start walking through the shelves I've noticed a white blonde lady I assumed she's the manager side eyeing me, not once but 3 times each time closer, so I asked if there's any problem she said no she's just "watching her employees" after that she didn't came closer to me, instead she sent another employee. So unprofessional and racist, I know I might look different of the stereotype of customers that store might get. So sad I'm not coming back there is so much I needed to buy. Cashier was ok tho

Service guys are nice but also make a lot of excuses for crappy products that they sell! I bought a brand new 2026 highland ridge and it has spent more time in the shop then with me. I paid a lot of money upfront for an inspection that I was told would completely go through the camper to make sure it was all good to go. However it is now in the shop having an entire wall rebuilt because it was not manufactured properly. Like a whole wall on a brand new piece of equipment. It's had leaks, it's had molding fall off, it's had minor things but a whole wall? I've asked of if I can get my inspection fees reimbursed but am told I need to contact sales or financing... like why do I need to make a bunch of calls when you can throw a pen to the sales guys desk??? The office is Small. Whenever I ask why all this is happening I'm just about the crappy California road and how my camper is an earth quake on wheels. However I'm pretty sure it has wheels for a reason!!!!! It's suppose to go down the road. Good thing gmc doesn't use those excuses no one would buy their trucks. My advice.... Don't buy new! It's not worth it. Or maybe just don't buy highland ridge! In no world is it ok to buy brand new stuff that then needs to be rebuilt, and all you get is a bunch of lame excuses but no compensation!

Without warning the engine siezed and I found myself coasting to the center divide.... Well that sucks but no problem, I have roadside assistance through my insurance company (or at least I thought I did). I grabbed my cell phone and placed a call with traffic wizzing by at 70 mph barely able to hear. The kind gentleman took my info and told me I should receive a call soon from the dispatcher to get my location and give me an ETA for the tow. Because of my location, I was basically stuck until help arrived. 3 stops from passing motorcyclists, 3 stops from CHP to check on me, my wife leaving work early to bring me a bottle of water because I had been standing in 90 degree temps in full riding gear for almost 4 hours suffering from heat exhaustion and super dehydrated, still no call from my insurance roadside assistance. The 3rd CHP officer felt sorry for me and took me to a gas station a couple of exits down the highway with my wife following because she was sitting on the opposite side of the freeway in her car unable to bring me the water. In addition to getting the bottle of water from my wife, the awesome CHP officer dispatched a tow truck. The tow truck driver showed up 15 minutes later at the gas station where I was at and proceeded to tell me that the CHP rate for him to tow me was $249.00 per hours and to get my bike off the center median and back to my home 30 miles away was about 2 1/2 hour job because the clock didn't stop until he got back to the yard. In other words it was gonna cost me almost $600 to rescue my bike with a potential blown engine. I took a pass on him and started Googling motorcycle towing companies near me. Top of the list was JL Motorcycle Towing and Transport. It was close to 6:00 pm by this time but Jose answered the phone, I explained my dilemma and he hung up with me, contacted one of his drivers and a few minutes later Stephen called me back, got the location of my bike, gave me a much more reasonable quote of $250, took my payment over the phone told me he would "Treat my ride with pride" and a few hours later I was reunited with my bike at my home. Stephen the driver was super friendly and he definitely treated my bike with pride. He told me he was on his way home to start his weekend when Jose called him for one last job of the day. He even rolled it into my garage for me (it needs a new engine). These guys are super professional. Their rigs are clean and designed for motorcycle transport. Stephen even called a few days later to check on the condition of my bike. Had to give him the bad news which he clearly felt bad for me. Also dealt with Amy from the office days later to get a copy of my receipt e-mailed to me so I can get reimbursed from my insurance company. She was super nice and accommodating. Top notch company and I will definitely use them again if I need towing.

The pricing was surprisingly good and we have a Goodyear shop nearby (apparently, not many around anymore?). da Service: John was professional, helpful, and full of info. I added on an alignment as recommended due to wear pattern on the old tires and was ready for pickup at lunchtime. NOTE: If you purchase from the manufacturer site, there IS a difference in the service programs and what is covered. Be sure to do your research, YMMV. da Outcome: I definitely can recommend The Goodyear, Pinole for your tire needs based on my experience. The front office guy John had to deal with some "administrative issues" with the manufacturer and online promotional codes, but was patient and worked with my situation great. I hope Goodyear Corporate supports their local shops to make them competitive, I look forward to sending some maintenance business to them soon. Thanks again John!
