Said "you're kidding".....responded with "not at all.......just keep us in mind if you're ever in the market for new tires". I will definitely recommend them, and look to them in the future.

Donny, your ego does not change the facts…read more When I called to let you know that my brakes were making a loud banging/scraping sound every time I braked, I was calm, respectful, and simply letting you know something was wrong after paying your shop to do my brakes and rotors. I was not yelling, cursing, or being disrespectful. Instead of handling it professionally, you personally cursed me out, called me a liar, told me I was no longer welcome there, and laughed while saying that if my brakes had been installed wrong, "I'd be dead." That is not funny. It is not reassuring. It is completely unacceptable from any business owner, especially when someone is calling about a serious safety issue. I then went to another professional brake shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed that the left rear caliper was missing a bracket bolt, and the bottom bolt was hand-tight/loose, which was causing the banging/popping sound when braking. So yes, there was a real issue, and I was absolutely right to call. I had been coming to this shop for three years with no issues, spending my money here and trusting you with my vehicle. That is what makes this even worse. The moment your shop made a dangerous mistake, instead of taking accountability, you chose arrogance, hostility, and intimidation. Honestly, I should have taken legal action. When a customer calls to report a serious brake issue after your shop performed the work, the response should never be insults, laughter, and banning them from the business. I called because something was wrong, not because I wanted an argument. It may be cheap. It may be convenient. But if something goes wrong and you speak up, be prepared for the owner to protect his ego instead of protecting his customers. You do not ever have to worry about getting my money again. I will never return, and I strongly caution anyone against trusting this shop with brake work or anything safety-related.

I didn't have an appointment but they said I could bring it in anyway. They were slammed. Everyone had a tire problem today at the same time. So it took them maybe 10 minutes to check me in. The team there was incredibly professional, and I was particularly impressed with their knowledge on other companies products and services as I listened to them on the phone. They checked me in, gave me an update on where my tread was and when I should look at replacing my tires, and told me they would text me when the car was ready. All of that happened exactly as they said it would. When I arrived, I wanted to pay for the repair only to find they had done it for free. Wow. Here is what disappointed me... the majority of the customers in that waiting room today were so rude to the staff. They exhibited impatience, lack of appreciation for how busy they were, lack of thankfulness that this crew was able to help them out in spite of being so busy, and lack of appreciation for the knowledge and professionalism of this team. This team deserved more respect than what I saw exhibited today. Shane helped me today and couldn't have been more professional, friendly, or helpful. I didn't buy my tires here, but I will need them in the Fall and I will come here without a question.

So, you look for a spot on the street outside and good luck finding one there. If you do find a spot on the street outside, you better pay for the parking because the city of WC loves to ticket asap. Then, if you do find parking and you get into the store for your appointment, you may find that there are dozens of people already in the store. And you may find that it takes them 10-20 minutes to even greet you. Of course they will apologize and they have excuses for it... it's practically an episode of Seinfeld "you know how to take the appointment, you don't know how to hold the appointment" It's almost as bad in concord and even worse in San Ramon. Idk I'm over americas tire I need to find a less impacted shop

Over time, I got tired of hearing excuses--things like, "we fixed this part, but that wasn't the actual issue," followed by a bill for parts and labor that didn't solve the root cause. Eventually, I decided to try Auto Plus--and that's when I met Ali. What immediately stood out was their transparency and how clearly they explained everything. They walked me through what the issue was, what they had done, and what they recommended next. When my first Audi had a major issue--a leaking water pump--they didn't just fix it. They also suggested replacing another part that's usually swapped out every X,000 miles, since it shares the same labor. I looked it up, and they were absolutely right--it saved me money and hassle in the long run. Now I'm on my second Audi, and Auto Plus is the only repair shop I go to. I trust them to do things right the first time.

I scheduled a time in advance and showed up as expected, but was still left waiting while walk-in customers who arrived before me were taken ahead of me. It really makes you question the point of setting an appointment if it doesn't actually secure your place in line. What made the experience worse was how I was treated after ordering my tires through Amazon. It felt very clear that customers paying the higher in-store installation price were given priority, while those of us who booked through Amazon were treated like we mattered less. That kind of treatment is frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, the manager's behavior came across as disrespectful and discriminatory, which made the entire experience even more uncomfortable. No customer should feel that way when they're simply trying to get a service they scheduled in advance. Overall, between the lack of clarity around appointments, the apparent prioritization of certain customers, and the way I was treated, I would not recommend this location.
