And I just want to say something because I was shocked by some of the reviews here: Tell the stylist what you would like to get, be detailed, ask what the price would be BEFORE THEY START. It keeps communication clear and hair stylist have to juggle a lot of things besides pricing. They have to give you the perfect cut, can't talk too little or too much, engage in active listening while using precision. If I was worried about pricing- I would make that clear when I sat down. In my case I was willing to pay whatever for what I wanted so I didn't have to. Just keep it real and stop blaming businesses for your lack of communication. Just a thought!

Even before I talk about the color I want to lift up that a) they use tech really well (I'm on Zoom calls from one end of the day to the other so picking up the phone and calling someone is super difficult for me most days). They responded to my inquiry through Yelp immediately, forwarded my request on to their stylists, and I had an appointment set up within a half hour max. Ended up with Stephanie and she was wonderful! While she was putting the color in I noticed she didn't apply any protective gel or vaseline ahead of time to protect my skin from the dye. I just figured, "Well, I'm not going to see anyone today, if I'm walking around with a dye headband, it's fine." Well, she didn't NEED to put anything on my skin to protect it because she's that good at what she does! The color came out great -- very natural and healthy looking, and really shiny. And not one drop of dye anywhere except for on the roots where it belonged. On top of all this, Stephanie was super nice, as was everyone who worked there. Loved the ambience, too -- the music was sort of 70s classic rock as was the decor. I'm hoping to be out in this area again in the coming year, and definitely plan to go back to them! She also had another appointment after me, so she was rushing the whole time, and spilling perm solution all over my neck and back Also, they did not warn me that my jewelry will be affected by the perm solution. When I got home, my silver necklace and earrings turned black. I also wanted to note that I followed the instructions on how to care for my hair but unfortunately, my "curly" hair did not last long lol.
