Our house is ~120 years old, and we've worked with many contractors over the years while renovating and updating. True Crew has been hands down our best experience. They were attentive to our needs, and helped guide us to wonderful new windows and front door for our house. Their communication was top notch, and when they said they were going to do something, they did it. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they didn't use the same high-pressure or gimmicky tactics that other companies used. The guys who handled the installation were friendly, prompt, and took extra care to ensure every window and the front door were properly installed. They worked hard to get the replacement within the time frame promised. They arrived and not only replaced the glass in the patio door, they also repaired a couple of items I had concerns with regarding the door setup. It seemed like they didn't even read my online submission as they called and immediately tried to schedule an appointment without providing a quote. After declining a $600-$800 amount, we hung up. I then received multiple phone calls from a couple of different people and agreed upon a $500 = tax for ~$542 to replace the rails, rollers and fix the locking mechanism. When the apparent "unrelated" worker showed up, he informed me that they did not replace rails (Youtube videos showed otherwise but regardless...) but he would clean it. When he had completed the roller replacement, he was unaware he needed to fix the locking mechanism. He then replaced it as it was a mechanism that had to be replaced vs. repaired as it was enclosed. When it was all said and done, the rollers were replaced and the lock was replaced but the rail was not replaced and I was charged ~$30 more than agreed upon which was already higher than I thought it should be. The worker was excellent but the rest of the experience was lass than desirable in my opinion.

Step one they only charged for 3 windows with 4th price was HIGHER than Windows by Anderson They took weeks to get the order wrong and brought a front door, which is too large. Office told contract installers to cut my wall to make the wrong door fit. They took weeks to get the next door that leaked water underneath and around the door knob. They returned 3 times to fix last person was mgr for the installers who said Ma'am we will replace it if it leaks again. BS! August - sent new door knob, put caulk in the hole before the new knob. Sales guy stated he would be my POC if there were any concerns but like the song Go on take the money and run pathetic employees and service What kind of 5 year old makes this decision Well now it has been winter and the could air comes in around the windows and I could just leave the door open and have same protection DO NOT use Window Nation - do it yourself with Duct tape and caulk or just remove doors and windows still better off yep!

I gave them 3 stars because I want people to read the review and learn from it. The difference between $47k and $9k represents about 4 hours of negotiation according to the home owner. She said she didn't think he would ever leave. These salesmen are trained like navy seals. Please please please be aware of these tactics and don't be afraid to tell them to leave. Try to always get 3 quotes for work on your home, that way you can quickly weed businesses like these out.
