From IG, I was taken to Indulge's website where I was able to book my appointment with one of their LMTs, Terry. She's been with Indulge since the beginning and I think that says a lot about the company, which actually seems more like family. Terry is phenomenal and wears multiple hats; she can even do your lashes! Don't wait until the last minute to book, though, she's in high demand, especially for her lymphatic massage. Terry took the time to listen, made sure I was comfortable, had warm hands (who doesn't love that during a massage?!), and made me feel relaxed almost instantly. Love her personality and glad I booked a bundle with her and can't wait for my next appointment. The spa is clean, nicely decorated--pampas and fringe pillows sure jeuje a place up, free parking (handicap accessible stalls and ramps as well), and outside the hectic activity downtown Honolulu and Waikīkī offer. I accidentally booked my service with someone who doesn't specialize in facials. She kindly texted me and guided me how to make the appointment with her. The booking process was easy though. Her location is easy to find and lots of parking. The shop is super chic and super clean. Bathroom was for staff only but she kindly offered me if I needed it, since she was running a little late. Oh my goodness, her facials are to die for! I felt so relaxed and loved it. When she was giving my shoulders a massage we could feel the knots, after a few minutes we could feel them getting smaller. I loved that when I was getting the facial everything she was putting on my face, she was explaining what she was putting on and what it was used for, even the brand and where to get it. Love that. Nail services are by appointment only (text her, it's the best way to get in touch with her and schedule an appointment as she doesn't answer her phone if she's with a client). During your appointment you can expect dedicated time to you and only you. Care is taken and she never rushes. I've always found my visits very relaxing and I can focus on myself for the moment. There's a great selection of nail and gel polishes. I'm a huge fan of her selection of glitters, metallics, and nude colors. Sometimes I feel like matting and others, high gloss - Rossy has got it all. Parking can be a bit tough if your appointment is around 9a or 10-ish because of other businesses, so prepare in advance to get there early.
