I looked and researched all artists and everyone does amazing job, what made me decide to put my full trust with Janelle is how convenient her location is for me personally, a lot of free parking and it's not far from home. Her studio was easy to find very clean and very calm. She offered a clean blanket to cover my body and that made me feel extra comfortable with a box at arms reach to place my belongings in. She made me feel right at home. Her perfection in her work is to the tea, I had my eye brows done years prior to this session and the difference is big. She measures and draw my brows according to my face shape, even when I came back to do a retouch she still draw my already tatted eyebrows and still did her measurements , and made sure I see it first to decide if I like it or not. Never have I ever used numbing cream and that works wonders!!! , will stings a little all because the skin is being open but it's bearable, but after a moment, it's like nothing, no pain at all, no worries she will talk through what she's doing to you step by step, which made me feel more at ease. Throughout the session I felt as if I knew her for a long time. Her personality and customer service made this experience fun. Guess what?!? she doesn't just do eyebrows ladies, she offers lips and does small body tattoos. Planning to tattoo my upper and lower eye lids by her soon. And she doesn't work alone, her studio also offer lashes that is done by other artists. And there will be another tattoo artist coming soon to her studio to do regular body tattoos, I'm excited for that. After first session I got one of her personalized After care kit which came with instructions, visors to cover my brows from getting wet in the showers, ointment with q-tips and her business cards, even with my retouch session I still got another After care kit which i that was another big difference comparing her to my previous artist, I didn't even know that I was supposed to do a retouch which my prior artist fail to tell me. But thankfully I didn't do cause price wise I would have paid more because of previous work done. And when I tell you comparing price range from hers to others..she was the lesser price. Least she's being honest and decent. I tell you , the years have changed In this business for the better. And to me Janelle is the better choice to go to. I love my brows now more than ever and it has made my life easier when it comes to putting makeup on, it usually takes me 10-15 mins just to draw them in and to make it even and presentable..lol now I can just wipe my brows without worrying it will smear or come off.. For a long time, I have always wanted to have a beautifully shaped eyebrows.. so, I went and did a micro blade on my eyebrows near convention center. That's was an awful experience.. it was very painful, she had no patience, she didn't wait till I'm numb, she blamed maybe I was on my period that's why I was super sensitive.. to make long story short, I didn't go backs for my free touch up.. and it wasn't done correctly. I found Janelle on Social Media. Looked through her work she posted and booked an appointment with her ASAP to get my eyebrows done. Booking is easy with her. After booking with her, she gave instructions on how to prep before the procedure. And she also sent me appointment reminder when the appointment came closer to date. The day I arrived to her appointment, she introduced herself and sat down with me to do paper work. Very Friendly, Very Professional. Answered any questions or concerns I had and made me feel comfy. She prepped her station and set me up at the tattooing stattion. She went over the colors and what she thought was the best fit for me. She explained why the color and why the color would best fit my skin tone and hair. Which I thought was awesome. Some people just gonna say, whatever they feel would look good to them, not you. She made sure I was comfy with the suggestion and what felt good to me as well. She then had me lay down and she sketched out what she was going to tattoo. Janelle will draw out your eyebrows what is FIT FOR YOUR FACE. Meaning how your eyebrows are meant to be on you by your face shape and dimensions. She showed me how it looked and asked me if I wanted to make changes. The way she drew them out for me first time, was good enough for me. She prepared me for tattooing. She numbed me up. It took 15 minutes to make sure the numbing was good, then she started. It was FAST and PAINLESS. After the tattoo process, I was shocked man. She made my eyebrows look soooooo damn good! The lines were crisp and the ends of my brows were sharp to perfection! She then cleaned me up, gave me a after care kit. And explained step by step what to do during healing, what to use, what not to use, or do. Please follow the directions she gives you if you want to have your eyebrows last and look good. She also then scheduled me right away for my touch up appointment. TOUCH UP APPOINTMENT Same thing like the first time. Paper work, Prepped table. Very Friendly and Very professional. Prepped her table, laid me down and examined what needed to be touched up. As always explained what she was going to do and why and made sure I was comfy with what was going to be touched up. Janelle is awesome! I highly recommend her. She walks her talk and delivers. She professional all around, and her shop is clean and sanitary as well. Just got my ombre brows done 2days ago by Janelle and I am not gonna lie, I am obviously going through the emotional healing phase and did not realize it was surreal until after going out that same night tryna hide them lol. I originally had eyeliner work done by another artist and after going back two times to the artist who did the eyeliner for her to fix it and it never got fixed I started to search for someone to fix it I messaged a few places but decided to go with Glamorous Ink she was genuine and upfront about everything she'd plan to do do correct the other artists work and cost which to me was really reasonable.
