My friend wanted me to accompany her at her first consultation because she was unfamiliar with how things worked with bioidentical Hormone Replacement. They wanted to charge me $250 to sit in on the appointment. They accuse me of trying to get a in on a consultation without paying. This was appalling because I explained to them before the appointment that I have many people I want to refer them to not just for BHRT but also for many other services that they have to offer. My girlfriend was paying them $250 consultation fee but they were so focused on charging me also for their $250 consultation fee just to sit in and be my girlfriend's advocate that my girlfriend and I walked out of the appointment. This place is clearly a money grab! I explained to them that not only will I pay the $250 consultation fee at my appointment I also have many other people to refer them. They didn't care they wanted their fair share. I have never experienced anything like this and I have been doing HRT for 20 years. Also on the way out I walked through their office I got to see the patient rooms and restroom. It looked like a Third World doctors office. The rooms were small, dirty and had old equipment in it. I'm really glad that we walked out and chose not to go to this facility. I noticed that they do have horrible reviews but i'm sure they will get them taken down

They truly go above and beyond, are genuine and down to earth, and take time and engage every single time. I have been happy with my results with my skin care that Elizabeth has helped me with, after spending the summer outside with my little ones my skin was showing a lot of sun damage, and I am just about at the point that even with no makeup my skin looks great. She got me there in just a few months, with reasonable investment. I will say I never feel pressured in a sales way with this office. Dr. Danahey is conservative and I always feel like I look refreshed and natural, like nothing has been done. On my very first visit to Girgis, Dr. Sam spent more than an hour with me. He ordered a CT scan and a full blood panel (turns out I had a deviated septum and low antibody levels for several strains of pneumococcal bacteria, which no doctor had ever told me, or even tested for). Eventually, when we had the results, he patiently went over everything in detail, and recommended surgery. The surgery itself was very smooth and the recovery was straightforward. Two months later, it has been LIFE-CHANGING. I am breathing better and sleeping better. Before the surgery, I generally needed an antihistamine, a decongestant, and a nasal spray every day. I have not taken any of them--not even once--since the surgery. During the entire process, the whole staff--Dr. Sam, the nurses, the receptionists, and the billing department--were kind, patient, and always available to answer questions. Do not waste time going somewhere else. This is the best ENT you will find in the area.

You should see the plastic surgeon first and have a thorough discussion not see the person selling the services. Inconsistent information from the staff on after care, lymphatic massage (what types), liposuction fibrosis (how to correct/fix), needing a quality garment (your body should be measured and a garment should be ordered), lipo foam boards (to smooth out lumps/bumps), and how months for the end result (varied per staff). When seeing the plastic surgeon, they didn't discuss any risks or discuss much of anything. They left it to me to decide whether I wanted the procedure or not. The procesure hurt! It was very uncomfortable and painful afterwards. There was no sculpting. Don't know if there was any skin tightening. Do your research! Go to a plastic surgeon, their 360 lipo is not like Sono Bellos and ask questions! Don't rush into it!
