In addition, my Botox treatments here never lasted -- I was told it was because of my age, but since switching to a new injector, they now last twice as long. I also noticed that negative reviews about this practice disappear, while patients are solicited to post positive ones in exchange for free treatments. Unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision based on how I've felt treated afterward. Only five months after surgery, I asked about exchanging my implants for a larger size. I was initially quoted $10,500, later reduced to $5,500 under local anesthesia, still including another $1,750 surgeon's fee. I offered $3,000 and then $3,750, hoping there would be some consideration for a patient who had just spent over $22,000. Both were declined and I was told $5,500 was firm. My follow-up appointments frequently felt rushed as well. Driving four hours round trip only to feel like there was barely time to discuss my concerns made the entire experience feel increasingly transactional. I expected the level of care and attention after surgery to match what I experienced while deciding to spend $22,000 with the practice. It did not. The billing process was equally frustrating. I had to specifically request an itemized receipt, and the liposuction performed during my surgery wasn't even identified on it. I only learned it was included in the facility fee after questioning why it was missing. I never expected another surgery for free. I expected transparency, reasonable consideration and to feel valued after making such a significant investment. Instead, I've been left feeling that my value as a patient dramatically changed once my original surgery was paid for. I genuinely wanted to remain Dr. Burke's patient. Instead, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. For over $22,000, countless hours of travel and the amount of trust I placed in this practice, I expected significantly better. Knowing what I know now, I would not choose this practice again--and I wish I had understood before paying how different my experience would feel afterward.

I suffered many hours of excruciating pain for 5 days of allowing him to attempt to dissolve the filler. With an emergency room visit and had to go see a plastic surgeon. I now have scarring in my lips. His wife Samana was no help either, she belittled me for going to the Emergency and made it seem like it was my fault. I have made multiple attempts to contact him. They gave me an appointment the same day (4pm) as I had a growth that's been bothering me on my head and a large skin tag on my left side hip area. To my surprise they removed the growth on my head (cherry anginoma ) and the skin tag on my back. The skin tag on my back wasn't covered by my insurance and I was charged $99 to remove it cause it was considered cosmetic but the one on my head was covered. I couldn't believe how simple it was and pain free. Several days later the removal on my back looked infected to my wife and I stopped over and was instantly seen and they did a culture. Luckily the culture came back negative for infection and I'm now fully healed. I recommend this facility and will definitely return if I need anything else.

Cost: $15,000 for Abdominal and Chest Total body fat percentage shaved and trimmed off was about 4%, although according to my body scan I lost fat in my legs and arms too, probably from my increased cardio from my cut in my workouts. Occupation: Police Officer I've been working out 6 days a week since 2019. I was struggling to lose some stubborn body fat around the abdominal region and struggled with Gyno around my chest region from being a vegetarian as a child and eating a lot of soy. I sought out survey now that I was making some decent $$$. The nurse, staff, and Dr. Alford were all extremely polite, and humorous during the procedure. The actual procedure itself took about 3 hours and you're extremely medicated and loopy. Even with the medication the pain itself was probably a 6/10 and i literally felt like I was being cut open and probed. I guess at the time it sucked but biting down on a towel helped a lot but it was worth it because there are immediate results and I'm so much happier with my chest region. I feel like all my muscles I've been working for my pecs are now actually showing since all the fat there is gone. The abdominal region I think needs more time to fully heal and close up but it does certainly look a lot more leaner and V shaped. I would recommend this place, but also would recommend Xsculpt if you're a man. They have more male oriented procedures.
