I have been going to Dr Kovac for a few years and was very happy with the results. I had fillers…read moredone in late July/follow up in early August and they dissolved in less than 2.5 months, I did talk to Sandy and she said my body might have built up an immunity to the Restalyn and I could come in and get them redone for 700.00. I really do not want to-risk spending another 700 for a product that my body might reject. With that said I would still say Dr Kovac is excellent at what he does but will not get the injections again.

I made an appt to discuss 2 things. When inquiring about cost, I was told it would be "$25 for an…read moreoffice visit" which I had to prepay to discuss going on Retin-A. Dr. Kovak agreed to send in Rx to Walgreens. Upon leaving appointment, Sandy Kovak told me there was a $100 Fee for Writing a Prescription. Then she told me it was a Consultation Fee which contradicted what I was told when making the appointment (Office Visit). This was never disclosed nor stated when I inquired about the costs when making the appointment nor during the exam. It is unusual and improper for a doctor's office to charge a separate $100 prescription fee on top of an office visit charge, especially if it was not disclosed upfront. A prescription is generally considered part of the treatment included in the cost of the office visit. I have asked for this charge to be reversed and to have Dr. Kovak return my call.

She was still interested in who I was as a person which made me feel great. I was able to share a life altering experience with her and feel comfortable doing it. The experience was disappointing. There is a lot they do not discuss with you. The sales pitch is…read moregreat and you think you will have a great result. Nothing is further from the truth. You should see the plastic surgeon first and have a thorough discussion not see the person selling the services. Inconsistent information from the staff on after care, lymphatic massage (what types), liposuction fibrosis (how to correct/fix), needing a quality garment (your body should be measured and a garment should be ordered), lipo foam boards (to smooth out lumps/bumps), and how months for the end result (varied per staff). When seeing the plastic surgeon, they didn't discuss any risks or discuss much of anything. They left it to me to decide whether I wanted the procedure or not. The procesure hurt! It was very uncomfortable and painful afterwards. There was no sculpting. Don't know if there was any skin tightening. Do your research! Go to a plastic surgeon, their 360 lipo is not like Sono Bellos and ask questions! Don't rush into it!

I came here to see Dr. Ng in November for a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. The entire staff was…read morereally friendly and had great bedside manners. They were able to ease my nerves as it's my first time ever getting these procedures. The team sent me all the instructions I needed prior to the procedure to help me prepare. The only downside to this experience is that they couldn't find my vein for a while, and there was no other option but to give anesthesia through IV. Some facilities have backup options like laughing gas. They ultimately found it, just in time for my procedure. The entire procedure took about an hour, I woke up pretty quickly, and I was also surprised how quickly they were able to get my results. They had images of the findings for me. The only thing that took a couple of days was biopsy. I'd totally come back to this facility in the future, and I'd recommend Dr. Ng and her team to anyone in the area looking for all things gastroenterology related.

Duly is a business first and foremost, and not a well run business, for its customers. The communication, between specialists is, at best, poor, the communication, contact, is through a central " booking office". Getting follow up appointments, on serious medical issues,; heart bypass surgery, etc. is a nightmare. Appointments that are critical, and should be scheduled with-in days, or a few weeks, are often only available months out.
