Lumi is my one-stop shop for all beauty spa needs! I've tried almost everything from botox/filler to body contouring and facials. Dr. H and her team are amazing and really work with you to achieve your goals. It got worse. She asked me to come back in to meet w Dr.Samaha. I took off work and drove an hr in traffic and he couldn't be bothered to show up, I guess . I was told he would call me and he never did. How dare any Doctor ignore a patient of their practice like that. Extremely unprofessional I was told I need cheek fillers and that's why I look so bad. my eyelids didn't do this naturally. This is your mistake. You killed the muscle and caused my eyelids to sag . I was never offered a refund. I had to cancel my first vacation in 11 yrs bc it looks so bad. Furthermore, I asked for my medical records, signed the release, emailed and called and they refuse to release them to me. This was may 16th 2023 that i requested them. It is now June 9th and i have not received them. So I can't even get another Doctor to look at this and see what was done. For 5 years they were great ,but this is unacceptable. I still look half asleep and 5 yrs older than I did. No apologies, no compensation, and my next step is to seek legal advice.
