I had a very disappointing experience at this office with Mark Hughes. During my appointment, he…read moretold me that I should not do my own research because I "don't know what I'm doing." Rather than listening to my questions or discussing the concerns I raised, they were largely dismissed. The entire appointment lasted about four minutes, and I left feeling rushed, unheard, and disrespected. I expect a doctor (actually nurse practitioner) to be willing to have a conversation with a patient, answer reasonable questions, and explain their recommendations--not simply dismiss a patient for trying to be informed about their own healthcare. Unfortunately, this office felt more like a patient-processing factory than a professional medical practice focused on individual care.

As soon as I entered I felt relaxed and calm. Everything about Lauren's business has a cool vibe. I loved my only prior massage experience I had while on vacation a few months ago, but the experience with Lauren topped it by a large margin. It was so relaxing and de-stressing that I nodded off a couple times. As soon as it was over I made another appointment. I can't wait to go back. I would recommend Lauren to anyone that ever wanted to get a massage, but was apprehensive. You won't believe what you were missing.

Adriana has been working to personalize my skincare for me and my specific problems. I've done regular facials as well as chemical peels and every one has been great. She's very thorough in explaining the uses of products as well as aftercare. Recently, I've been doing oxygenation facials which have been great for my skin, but today I tried a brightening treatment which includes not just your face but also your neck! She did this lymphatic drainage facial massage during the treatment, which was incredible. I'm always so relaxed that I'm practically asleep by the end. Taliya is amazing. I've always found it very hard to find someone who does a really good deep pressure massage until I found her. I have a very tight neck and upper back with knots that have been there for years. She really takes her time and works on every one, and I always leave feeling detoxed and relaxed!! Highly recommend giving these ladies a visit!
