I've been going here for years and I still love it. I get a peel every month, follow Giovanni's advice, and my skin is still clear. I finally had a facial last week and IT WAS AMAZING. He uses PCA products and does everything himself! [#talent] I scheduled a therapeutic facial to start. The experience was lovely [swoon!] There is a private room with a cozy facial/massage chair/table?- it has warm blankets, it's low lit, candles, soft music playing [so dreamy!] After the facial we discussed our plan of action for my skin. Gio is very knowledgeable and knew right away what our next steps were. I am now doing peels every 6 weeks to clear up my skin. I am on my 2nd one and loving the results. What a great salon! So happy to have found this little oasis of beauty right in the centre of Cincy. It is a privately owned one-bed salon that offers a variety of procedures to make you look gorgeous! Giovanni, the owner, is very professional and making appointments is extremely easy, as he is very responsive through emails and texts. His flexibility is very appreciated. I came for a series of chemical peels and immediately felt like I'm in good and knowledgeable hands. That's a huge advantage of dealing with the owner himself, he cares and it shows in the quality of your experience! When you buy a package, it is ok to mix and match between peels and microdermabrasion, or between different level of acid strength: full freedom of choice! For me the best part: the peel only takes about 20 minutes, efficient! I have yet to finish my series, but after 5 peels I already noticed a great improvement. Giovanni keeps a track of all the procedures, he scores the effects on a chart, notes all the cosmetics you use. I think it is a great way to reach your goals and get the results you want. Complimentary touch up after procedures is great when you still need to show up somewhere. Giovanni carries PCAskin cosmetics, of which I tried the sunblock and after peel calming cream. Wonderful!
