Two years ago, we asked for a refund for our gift cards. They won't do that. Get this: This is a "spa" that doesn't do pedicures. It doesn't do facials. It doesn't do massages. Calling Revive a salon and spa, is like calling a restaurant without food - a "restaurant". Oh - what do they do? They do hair (we have our preferred hair stylists) and they do make up and waxing. Definitely not interested in that. They won't refund the money ($135.). It's time Revive changes their name or at least lets people know they aren't a traditional spa. So disappointed in the misrepresentation and the fact that they won't refund us.

We had to reschedule once due to my wife's illness but that was handled with nothing but professionalism. My wife enjoyed her massage today ("I liked him in the first five minutes") so much that she believes it's as good or better than massages she's enjoyed while traveling. She simply cannot say enough good things about Denson, his personality and his massage therapy skills. They talked about all sorts of interesting topics and found him a real pleasure. She learned that he played football for the Gophers and earned a degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University and has been a massage therapist for over 17 years.
